Four centuries.

It had been four centuries since the attack. No one had heard anything of what had happened to Lorelei, no one cared.

Sigyn had now grown into a young maiden. Filled with knowledge and curiosity. She practiced day and night in her hidden cave in Asgard's thick forest where her good friend Fenrir would give her company. He was but a wolf pup when she had found her. But now he had grown into a large canine dog that she could ride. Sigyn wore a smile on her face every day that covered her fear. Her fear of her sister returning. Returning to burn Asgard to the ground. Kill the people she loved. Kill her.

Ingrid always told her to focus on her future as much as possible because if she kept letting her past take over her emotions. Sigyn would lose control over her power. The present day was like any other, wake-up in the morning, eat a crumb of breakfast and run out of the house on the back of Fenrir.

She was now amidst many animals whom she had befriended in her cave. All whom she could speak to and all whom loved seeing her powers at work.

"Ok test number 3742, now stay still Fenrir," the young maiden was trying to see if she could turn her friend back into a pup.

"Don't turn me into anything hideous like last time," he said grumbling.

"I promise I will not turn you into stone," Sigyn conjured a green ball of magic in her hand and threw it at Fenrir.

"*Puff! *" underneath a thick green layer of smoke laid cute baby wolf.

"I told you it would work buddy," she ran up to the pup and picked him up, "aren't you just a cute little puppy, yes you are."

The other creatures jeered and laughed at Fenrir, enjoying him in his meek state. Sigyn was about to take a well-deserved bow, but Fenrir gave her the stare.

"Alright, I'll turn you back," and with a flick of her wrist he returned to his normal state. "Now that wasn't so bad."

"Next time I'll do the magic," he said rolling his eyes.

She ran her hands through his thick fur. Green wisps of magic floating off. She never understood what creature he was. For he defiantly not and ordinary creature. He melted into her touch, but the moment was ruined from Sigyn hearing a horn.

"Gjallarhorn...Come Fenrir!" she yelled and started running to the exit.

She jumped onto Fenrir and rode him into town. "You know I was really looking forward to a stone spell,"

"Over my dead body Sigyn." He scowled.

The rode through the woods and into open land. She spotted her part of Asgard, and Fenrir sped towards it. The wolf almost flying through the thick spring wind. When they arrived, they noticed there was a crowd circling some of the palace guards.

"Hear ye Asgard, hear ye. We have come with news. Among us there seems to be one missing. Our beloved brother Theoric has gone disappeared," there was a huge gasp in the audience, "He went missing yesterday and is not lost, he has been kidnapped!" and que another gasp, "If anyone of you know what has happened to our beloved kin please report to General Iwaldi, good day to you Asgard."

People started whispering to each other about what might've happened, is he alive or dead? Perhaps he actually was lost? Sigyn needed to know. She led Fenrir to the street that took them to their quaint home. People walked out of the way giving them space to walk. Although she was not royalty, everyone knew Sigyn Iwaldisdottir. Daughter of the General, sister of the demon.

Sigyn made it back home and the smell of ring cake hit her face. Her beautiful mother Ingrid was standing in the kitchen humming a tune.

"Mother did you hear about what happened?" she said walking in.
