THE BLOOMING OF LOVE BETWEEN FORCED MARRIAGE

21. Wedding Party with Colleagues.

          Days were coming and going like the seasons. Rutuja and Rishikesh both were working hard making it up for the weeks they took off. Rutuja was doing great with her research projects and her team took a daily report from her about the events in the day. They even made sure she was taking naps properly. It was Saturday and they had arranged the party for their office colleagues.

They both finished their work early as they had to go home and get ready for the wedding party. Rishikesh had also invited Rishika and Aniket to the party too. Ashish and Harshada were coming as Ashish and Rishikesh worked together as work colleagues. Rutuja had reached home before Rishikesh and decided on what to wear.

She heard the unlocking of the door and went to see who it was. Rishikesh was back. Rutuja let him get fresh and went to make the coffee as they would need it before the party with their colleagues. Rishikesh came to the kitchen to get water after he got fresh. He took a glass of water and sat on the dining table drinking it, Rutuja bought him his coffee and sat down on the chair beside him saying we will be needing it today. He smiled at her saying that is so true.

When they finished their coffee Rutuja asked Rishikesh, "What should we wear at the party?" He said, "Let's go with traditional clothes as it is our "Wedding Party". She said, "Ok we should go and select one from the traditional clothes". He said, "Let's go then". They went to his room and took a look at both traditional dresses then decided which one from it to wear.

Rutuja took her dress and left the room so Rishikesh could get changed. She went to her room and got dressed as well. She decided to do her hairs before she wore any jewelry. She styled her hair and put the flower pins in a design to make it look elegant. Then wore the jewelry and got out of the room. She went to the living room and Rishikesh was waiting for her. He saw her coming and took a look at her from head to toe and said, "You look fabulous Rutuja". She said, "You too look charming today".

He offered his hand forward so, she could put hers in his and said, "Shall we go to our Wedding party". She took his offered hand and said, "We shall". Both smiled at each other before they got out of the house. Once they were sat in his car he took her to the "Party Hall" where the party would take place. They reached before time so they could check if the preparations were done.

The preparations were completed and Ashish and Aniket had already arrived there with Harshada and Rishika. When both girls saw them they got excited and said, "You both look amazing today". Ashish and Aniket teasingly said, "Yes a cute couple indeed". It was almost 7:30 pm and their colleagues had already started to arrive for the party.

They took their seat on the stage where they arranged chairs. While all of their colleagues come and congratulate them one by one. Rishikesh and Rutuja were already getting bored they decided to take a walk around and look at what their colleagues were doing. They took a walk around and returned to the stage laughing. They thought the comments some of the colleagues were making on each other to tease them were worth laughing at.

Finally the "Wedding Party" was over and they all sigh in relief. They all parted ways after saying their goodbyes. When Rutuja and Rishikesh were home it was almost 11:30 pm. They both went to their rooms so they could get changed. They got fresh and wore their nightclothes. Rutuja was trying to untie her hairstyle and was unable to do it properly. She finally gave up and decided to go to Rishikesh for help.

She went and knocked on his door he was still awake and opened the door. He asked her, "Do you need something Rutuja?" She said, "Yes I need your help I am unable to untie my hair properly". He said, "Ok come and sit down on the bed I will help you". She went and sat down on the bed while he slowly untangled her hair. When he patiently finished untangling her hairstyle she was so thankful to him.

Rutuja then went back to her room saying goodnight to Rishikesh. Both were happy to be with each other. He went to sleep as he was exhausted by work and party. Rutuja was lying down on her bed thinking about their happy time together today. She had sensed them following their car and was alert. Rishikesh had started to see her real feelings sometimes about which she was more worried.
