THE BLOOMING OF LOVE BETWEEN FORCED MARRIAGE

1. Back Home

   It was the start of the rainy season in Mumbai. Rutuja a normal office girl a Software Engineer worked at a company in Mumbai. She was a hard worker and loved to do her work. That day, as usual, she was working at the office when she got a call from her mother. Her mother asked her to come home to Nagpur for 3 weeks. It was the only thing their mother told her. She didn't know for what reason she was called back and thought it must be just a get-together with all the relatives.

She thought if she would have to go anyway then better write the application to their Departmental Manager. She drafted the application and emailed it to her Departmental Head. Then started completing her day's tasks.

Sometime later her device buzzed with an email from her Departmental Head. It was a "Letter of Approval ". Her leave has been sanctioned because she hardly took any days off from her work. She was also granted permission to leave early. She was happy to see the letter.

She completed her work early so, she could be back to her apartment to eat something and pack a few essentials before catching the train at 7 pm. She was excited about the "get-together" and meeting her brother who was a Mechanical Engineer at Delhi.

In midst of her happiness of meeting her brother she thought she won't be able to meet her friend Harshada for 3 weeks. She was becoming sad by thinking about it, she thought she haven't called her bestie all day today. She decided to call Harshada and tell her about what happened today.

She dialed her friend's number and Harshada was quick to pick up the call. She said, "Hey bestie how was your day? Rutuja said my day was fine. I am currently on a train going back home. She said what? You are going back to Nagpur. She said yes I am going. Today my mother called me unexpectedly during office hours and asked me to come home for 3 weeks and the most disappointing thing about going back is I will miss you so much. I am gonna miss you too dear she said. Harshada asked Rutuja to call her when she reaches there safely. She said ok bestie bye and their call came to end.

She didn't sleep all night as she kept reading and listening to songs. Soon it was morning and "The Sun" was rising in the sky with its full glory. She enjoyed the sun and its soft light shining on her through the window for a while then, put her book and phone inside her bag as she was approaching her stop.

The last stop came and she got off the train. Then, took a cab home from the station. 30 minutes later she was at her house. As she got inside the house she was greeted by her mother followed by other relatives. But, her brother Aditya was nowhere to be seen. She asked her mother, "Where is Aditya?" She said he would be here on Thursday. Now go to your room get fresh and come back for doing breakfast. She said, ok mother and went to her room. And though it's just Tuesday today, guess I will have to wait to meet my brother.

She called Harshada and told her that she has reached home safely and she will call her back later today night.
