You talk to me after days of absence with no explanation,
And I fall right back into your lap like a lost puppy waiting for salvation. You always knew the right words to say so I would stay,
Waiting while you came and left as you pleased leaving me astray. And when I cried out how much I hated your twisted game,
You quickly aided with your coos, "you're the only one for me, I want you to have my last name."Once again I stayed, like a dog being taught tricks with no reward,
Thinking it'd be the same when you left without warning because you were bored.I waited and waited like an abandoned puppy dumped on the side of the road wondering if you'd return.
