EMMAS POV
24th DECEMBER 2:30am

I woke up to someone shaking me, I shot up and saw Lucas stood there with his teddy looking upset "hey ragazzino what's up?" I ask lifting him up on the bed
(Baby boy)

"I had a nightmare..." he whispered so he didn't wake Dominic up as he's asleep next to me
"awhh Lucas what about?" I questioned

"you died and domy went all crazy" he said squeezing his teddy even tighter "Lucas sweetheart I'm not going to die, and Dominic is already crazy" I say trying to make the situation brighter

he chuckled "I don't want to go back this sleep just in case I have the same nightmare" he said which I understood "You know I have nightmares as well... and what made me feel much better is a movie, you want to go to our cinema and watch a movie?" I say and he smiles and nodded

we go downstairs into the cinema and turn the massive tv on and put Disney+ on and laid down on the sofa and I put a blanket on me and Lucas

during the movie Lucas fell asleep bless him
poor kid nightmares are a pain in the arse
I changed the tv and put the vampire diary's on

the door creaked behind me so I turn my head and saw Dominic stood there still half asleep

"What you doing up dom?"

"I can't go back to sleep when your not there"

"come here" I told him and he laid his head on my lap and fell back asleep

8:23am

"wake up it's Christmas Eveee!!" I heard from Lucas who was jumping around "okay okay" dom says waking up in surrender

we get up and go to the living room to see everyone sat down "can we open our Christmas Eve presents now" Kaylee says exited

the kids have Christmas Eve presents because we thought it was a cute idea

8:30pm

today went quite fast... I haven't seen anyone all day cause they all have been working so we had a girls day, normally if Dominic's busy he would quickly come see me but he hasn't today

I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a knock on my bedroom door, the door opens after I told them to come in, It was dom.

"hey you've been busy today I haven't seen u all day" I say laying Ellis on his play mat
"yeah... um it's just been really busy" he said not looking at me at all

"you good?" I ask as he was looking guilty
"we need to talk.." he mutters and sat down on the bed with me

" we have to go our separate ways..." he lowly said looking at the floor he's probably looking at my heart what's just dropped

"w-what?!" I stuttered confused keeping my tears back "I'm so sorry em..." he finally looks up and he looked empty in his eyes "why." I say lowly

"it's complicat-" "No Dominic I want the real reason" I interrupted him pissed off

"I can't.." he whispered and I stood up "Dominic I want the fucking real reason" I shouted "it's because I don't have any feelings for you" He shouted back "I was just fucking using you" he finished

I took a step back...

"Leave." I say looking in his eyes "I am" "good"

and he left without looking back

I message ella to ask if she can look after Ellis for an hour and she answered strait away and came to my room, she loves Ellis she says he reminds her on Dominic when he was a baby
