Chapter 20-The Prep

Hugging his mother and father Dominic noticed Skye looking a bit sad so he went over and gave her the biggest hug ever causing her face to lift with a smile. "As for you Keith your fired and everyone I am truly sorry I didn't know things would get this bad but it is so good to see you all but it is best if we don't tell anyone i'm back as im the Celebity singer at Hudson High Prom." Dominic said. Relunctly argeeing Dominic and his family went on with their daily tasks. Headi out to the barn Dominic smiled seeing Wildflower's stall extremely clean and signs of her being well fed. "Dom, do you have a second I need to talk toyou about something?" Skye asked as she saw her brother stroking wildflower. "Of course Skye what is it youcan tell me anything?" Dominic replied. "Well while you were away I started to ride Wildflower and I think that me and her connected on a really deep level and I know she is your horse but I kind of don't ever want to stop riding her. Please don't be angry at me" Skye nervously stated avoiding eye contact. "Skye I'm not angry at you, actually i'm just really happy for you. You need her and she needs you that's what I see now cheer up and tell me about everything that has happened with you at school and Heartland" Dominic replyed. Scoffing at his last sentence Skye couldn't help but smile at her brother.

As the pair of them walked back to the house Dominic noticed his father sitting on a rock in deep thought. Walking over to his father Dominic could see even clearly that his father was stressed and over thinking something. "Dad, What's going on?" Dominic asked. "To tell you the truth we are being sued by that dariy producing plant due to that horrible video your ex put on the internet." Stuart said handing Dominic the contract that Sam gave him. "Dad none of you have that kind of money but don't worry i'll pay them off for you" Dominic stated as him and his dad shared a deep and sincere embrace. afterwards Dominic got a call from Victoria Justice his personel tutor informing him that they have set up everyhing for Dominic's show at the prom. After hearing this news Dominic went to the quietest place in his house and started praticing his vocals and tuning his guitar ready for the perfromance. 

Severall hours had passed and Dominic felt like he was more than ready to perform However before Dominic could relax and think of his crush he had argeed to help Skye pick out a dress for her to go to prom with as she already had the date set but couldn't pick from three dresses. The first one was a beauitful black dress with a puff lace skirt, The second was a magnifcent blue and white dress that reflected the moonlight. and third was a okay red short dress. "The second one is the best one in my opinion" Dominic said as he got distracted by a text sent to him from Georgie. "Woah" Dominic stated to himself.
