Kitchen chaos 5

  "FOOD FIGHT! " Yelled one of the students in the Kitchen 

Third person's pov"

"Yeaaaaa, no. I'ma head back to the dorms. Come get me when it's all over." Cassian said as she started walking away, grabbing Kenzie.

"Wait you know Kenzie???" Mateo asked.

"Nooo, it's not like we've known each other since we were three," Cassian said sarcastically.

"Ohhh damn."

"Welp, see you later Mateo," Kenzie said waving at Mateo.

As Cassian and Kenzie walked away Mateo, and Riley stared blankly at the food fight.

"Sooooooo, Mateo," Riley finally said.

"Sooooooo, Riley," Mateo said back.

"What do you reckon we do, now? The smart one left us."

"She really did, didn't she," Mateo said looking around for Cassian.

All of a sudden someone threw food right at Mateo's face. 

"YUCK!" Yelled Mateo. Riley then responded with a laugh, then quickly grabbed Mateo's arm and pulled him out of there. 

They both kept on running till they came upon Cassian and Kenzie in the garden.

"Ugh, what are you two doing here." Cassian asked looking disgusted, "What the hell is on your face Mateo?"

"That's a good question." Mateo replied back, "I can taste it to find out."

Riley then slapped Mateo's hands away from his face. 

"OW! RILEY, I WAS ONLY JOKING!" Mateo said almost spitting.

"Well, I didn't know that," Riley said crossing her arms.

Cassian and Kenzie both started laughing their heads off. 

"I feel so bad for you Cassi, You have to be stuck with them," Kenzie said trying hard not to die of laughter.

"I feel attacked," Mateo said, pretending to be attacked.

Riley sighs, "Yea well I'm heading back to the dorm now. I will return in ten minutes and see if they are finished."

"Alright, i'ma come with you too Riley," Mateo said starting to walk off.

"Yea, yea. Well, Kenzie and I will stay here."

"Alrighty," Riley said walking away with Mateo.

Riley's pov:

We started walking back, but I couldn't help not talking about Cassian to Mateo.

"You know, Mateo. Cassian is like...what a good word to use?"

"Uhhhhh how about a know it all?" Mateo asked.

"She is more than a know it all, right?"

"Yea your right," Sighed Mateo, "And we are stuck with her for THREE WHOLE FLIPPEN YEARS!"

"Yea, it sucks. But uh maybe we could try to be friends with her, you know."

"Yea, that could work...I mean we aren't even friends yet either." Mateo said opening the dorm room.

"Well, do you wanna be friends then?" Riley asked Mateo, climbing up on the lading and landing on their bed.

"Sureeeeee," Mateo said sitting on his bed

20 Minutes later

Cassian's pov:

I have been talking with Kenzie for over 20 minutes. The food fight had to be done by now, right?

"Hey Kenzie," I say.

"Hmm?" She replied back.

"We should go check, to see if they are finished with their little food fight, " I say slowly getting up.

"Alright you can go check, I'm going to go back to my dorm to get some shut-eye. I'm pretty tired and I already ate."

I nod at her and start making my way to the kitchen. 

I didn't even have to be close to the kitchen to hear them all screaming and yelling at each other. Just great, looks like I'm not eating tonight. I start making my way to the stairs, to head back to my dorm. Since Kenzie went to hers. 

Before I could open the door, I heard someone yell.

"IT'S A BANSHEE!!!"

Author's note: This is shorter than the last chapter but oh well. Lost ideas...I did have someone edit it for me, so if there are mistakes you can blame Cassian.
