Befriending Cassian 6

(This is us. Dream is Cassian, Sapnap is Mateo and George is Riley. (Green dude is Dream, Blue is Sapnap and Grey is George))

Cassian pov:

I opened up the door, to Riley jumping around and Mateo laughing his head off at Riley.

"What the hell are you two doing?"I asked them both.

"NO SCREW THIS GAME, NO WHAT THE HELL. SCREW THIS. WHY A BANSHEE!" Riley Screamed.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT WAS A BANSHEEE, AND IT KILLED YOU NOT ME!" Mateo managed to say through his laughs.

(This actually happened in real life, but Cassian was playing it too.)

"We are playing Phasmaphobia." Riley sighed.

"Well, can you please keep it down? I could you hear from a mile away." I sighed back at Riley.

If they keep this up I may have to switch dorm rooms. Maybe I could be with Kenzie then, A less troublesome person.

Riley's pov:

Damn looks like we are getting on her bad side already. This is gonna be a lot harder to befriend her than Mateo and I thought.

Mateo's pov:

Yeaaaaa, maybe it will be a bad idea to befriend her. Like, come on who doesn't like Phasmaphobia? It's an awesome game, you can get jumped scared, and or laugh at your friends dying. Like it's an awesome game.

Cassian's pov again:

I look at them, then walk over to my bed. They better not be playing this at night or I will flip out.

I sit on my bed and start talking to them, "The food fight is still happening, somehow. So we should probably eat in the morning. We don't need supper, but we do need breakfast."

"That's fine with me," Riley said as they were putting the game away. Thank god, they are finished playing. I then look over to my left and see one of my bags. I pick it up and look through it. Thankfully my Mom was being smart and packed me some snacks. It's like she knew something like this was going to happen...weird. 

Mateo's pov:

I was on my bed chilling out when I heard a wrapper crumbling. I look up from my phone and see Cassian eating a small bag of chips. "You have chips?" I say. Which caused Riley to look down from their bed at Cassian. "And you didn't care to share with us," Riley said making puppy eyes.

"Ughhhhhhh," Cassian said as she processed to throw food at both of us. She hit me right in the face and SOMEHOW missed Riley. Like come one man their face was the closest to you. Like goddammit, that really did hurt.

Riley's pov:

Cassian gave Mateo and me some food. Which I was thankful for. But I shouldn't be thinking about this at the moment, I should be thinking about befriending her. I get down from my bed and walk over to Mateo's bed. "Hey Mateo," I start whispering to him, "We need to think about befriending her."

"Yea I know, I know." He says not taking his eyes off of his phone, "Why don't you go and talk to her? Maybe even make her crack a few smiles."

"I suck at telling jokes, dimwit," I say back to him now sitting on his bed, looking at his phone.

"Ugh, fineeeeee." He starts getting off his bed and walks over to Cassian. "Hey, Cassian?"

"What do you want now Mateo? More food? I ain't giving you any, for the life of me." Cassian says looking up at Mateo.

"No, But uh Riley has something to say to you." I look straight into Mateo's eyes, and I swear I was about to kill him right on the spot. 

"Hmm, alright then. Talk, will ya." She says now sitting up.

"uhhhhhh, well I have a joke for you," I say looking at my feet.

"Ok andddddd what is it?"

"An apple a day keeps the doctor away.....Or at least it does if you throw it hard enough," I say, I knew it was bad but oh well- Then I heard a laugh.

"HA! That is so true though. This is why I am never at the doctor's." Cassian said while smirking.

Welp that somehow worked, Don't know how, don't know why, but all I know is that it did. I sigh and continued speaking, "So uh Cassian, Mateo and I were wondering if you wanted to be friends. You know we will be stuck with each other for two more years. And who knows who could be great friends." Yep, I messed up. I said wayyyyyy too much. Why am I like this I don't know.

Cassian's pov:

Riley just asked me if I wanted to be friends with Mateo and her. I never thought someone would want to be friends with me, besides Kenzie. I guess today could get better.

"Sure." I say smiling, "Let's be friends."

Riley's pov:

WTH SHE SAID YES. I-what. Did I even have to tell a joke? I don't know anymore. 

Mateo's pov:

This is why I am always the first one to talk. It makes it easier for the others to start talking then. "Good work Mateo, "I say under my breath while patting my back.

Author's note: They are finally friends, lets go. So uhh I have no ideas but Cassian does, so If the next chapter is bad you can blame her :>
