Breakfast time 8

 Riley's pov:

When I arrived at the cafeteria, there were maybe 20 other people there. They were all split up into groups of three or four, just chatting away. It was pretty loud so I put on some headphones that I have been carrying around and turned up the volume all the way to block out all of the chatter. I then quickly make my way to the section that says Breakfast in bold letters. The system they had going for the meals is pretty cool. Little confusing but cool.

After searching for about 2 minutes I chose some pancakes. They cost 50 cents. Not a bad price. I watch as the vending machine slowly pulls out the pancakes and puts them in a little cupboard thingy. I then carefully reach my hand in there and pull out some nice hot pancakes. Now just where do I sit?

Cassian's pov:

Ugh! Riley and Mateo are both dickheads. Like what the fuck. I wish I could be Kenzies roommate. But no! I am stuck with these assholes. Like sure I guess Riley is cute and all. And Mateo is pretty helpful and all. But just, UGH! What the fuck. I just need a break. Some food can help me. Yea. Get some breakfast, ignore Riley and Mateo, eat and get on with the day. And of course, hang out with my bff Kenzie.

As I arrive at the cafeteria, the first person I see is Riley. Just my luck. I chose to ignore her and make my way over to the vending machines to get some food. Now they don't have great options, but the eggs look ok. I insert 60 cents and watch as it comes out. It's cool but then again kind of boring. It would be cooler if they made it and you could watch, but oh well. I then see Kenzie waving me down, to go and join her and her friends. I have met her friends before and they seem ok, so I gladly make my way over to her.

Mateo's pov:

So typical me, was too lazy to go and get some food. And I wanted to game. So what did I do? Ha! I texted Riley to get me some food. And what did she sayyyyy? Ha! She fucking said sure! Lets gooooo! Time to game.

20 minutes later

I was in a really intense game. It was so fucking intense that I even forgot the name. Anyway, Riley finally got here and got me some pancakes. And they were even sweet enough to buy them for me. I think Riley and I will be wonderful friends. Just wonderful.

"Thanks, Riley." I say stuffing my face with pancakes, " These are amazing!"

"Yea, Yea. I hope you realize this is a one-time thing only. And yea they were pretty good."

This dick. Friends are supposed to get stuff for each other. And not have it be a one-time thing only. I sigh, oh well. Might as well clean up and start heading over to class. Because I mean hey. I couldn't even find my own dorm. It will take a lot to find my class.

Author's note: So this was originally going to be the first day of school, but I didn't want them having breakfast to be a part of it, Sooooo the next chapter is The First Day Of School. And it is really late, and I wanna read some other Wattpad stories. So have a good day or night. Bye bye.
