Chapter Nine

"Blue.."

"Yeah?"

"Who do you like? I know you said you wouldn't tell me yet, but I would really love to know. Please?"

He doesn't say anything. Only walks into the bedroom, and grabs his laptop. I sit relatively close to him on the bed and we sit in a now uncomfortable silence. He was the one to break it. After almost six minutes of him scrolling through twitter on his laptop, since his phone was dead, he just turns to me and sighs.

"I guess i could tell you. Will you tell me who you like too? I would feel so much better. I don't want to embarrass myself." He looks back down at his laptop and then shuts it. He stands up and puts it on the desk across the room from our bed. He doesn't say anything until he sits down. I'm ready for him to say it's Toby. Nonetheless, I sit and patiently wait foe him to be ready. He has already told me so much in just the last few days. I don't want to pressure him anymore.

"I've known him for awhile. I'm pretty sure he likes someone else, but it's worth a shot." He takes a deep breath.

"Hey, if it is someone I know, I can try to set you two up" I smile weakly and try to seem positive about this whole situation.

What if it is toby? What then? What will i do? I like him. I like blue a lot. I feel my face get hot. I look up, finally snapped out of my sort of trance.

"What did you just say??" I say, making sure i heard correctly, as it could have been in my head.

"I said.. It's uhh.. It's you. Im sorry i didn't tell you I just really wanted to keep it to myself. I know you don't like me like that and that's totally fine but i-"

"Who says i don't?" I interrupt.

"What?"

"Who's to say i don't like you. I still haven't even told you who I like yet."

He looks up at this. He had been staring at his hands the whole time. He opens his mouth, but his words just don't seem to form. He does this a few more tines when, finally, he makes up some words.

"Who is it?"

"Take a wild guess 'green'" I liked calling blue different colors. I thought it was funny and no one else did it. It was like our thing. Our thing was nice. We were nice. Blue could just sit in silence with me for hours and i would still have the best time ever.

"Is it niki?"

"You are so dumb. Me and Nikki barely talk, blue. You are so clueless."

"Me.. Is it me..?" He looks up at me, almost scared for me response. I smile and slowly nod.

"Bingo!! You won!!"

I begin laughing but he just stares at me. Looking at my face. He scoots closer to me and just hugs me really really tight.

Blue's pov:

I stare at him, admiring his features. It's out in the open now. He knows. I know. What do i do now? I hug him and he almost immediately hugs me back. He doesn't let go. He doesn't say anything. He just hugs me. It was as if we hadn't seen each other in months. No, years. He rubbed circles on my back and i finally pull away from the hug.

I look up at him.. And my mind just goes blank. My body is moving but im not controlling it. I don't know why, but i trust it.

Ranboo's pov:

He moves closer to my face and stops when we are only about an inch apart. We stay like this for a few seconds. God, I can't bare it any longer.

I close the gap between the two of us and hope i didn't just make a huge mistake. I pull away after one quick kiss to see if he was okay with what I just did. His eyes were still wide open from shock, and his face was red. Once he snaps back he looks me dead in the eyes. He's never done that before. Our eyes met and he smiled, almost as if he was admiring my grey eyes.

He grabs my face and pulls me back in for a longer kiss. I melt into it quickly. Soon after that, I hear footsteps, but ignore them. I closed out door on the way in. I wasn't sure if blue wanted this out in the open just yet. I was totally fine with it. Toby knew i liked blue. No one else. Only Toby knew.

The footsteps stop and they sound awfully close. Hotline they were right in front of us, but kinda like I.. I didn't shut the door. Oh shit. I pull away from the kiss I was pulled into before, to see the one and only, Dream. He stood with his mouth wide open. He didn't say anything.

"Please don't tell anyone. I'm not ready for All of that. Please, Clay. I beg of you." Blue breaks the silence, reaching for his hand to pick at. I see this and grab his hand. I don't let go of it. Just like on the stream the other day.

"I wouldn't do that," he pauses. "As long as you tell me everythiiiiing" he plops down on the bed next to us. I look at blue for an okay that i can tell him. He nods and begins talking.

"You didn't realize I've liked him? I mean, ever since I met him I've been with him every moment i can. You didn't suspect anything?"

Clay looks shocked. "I mean, looking back i can see it, but no. I guess i just never paid much attention.... So how long have you two been together?" He smirks at that last sentence and i freeze.

Are together? It isn't like i wouldn't absolutely love that idea, but how would blue feel? How would he feel about me being his boyfriend? I was snapped out of my thoughts by blue grabbing my hand and smiling at me,as if to ask my opinion. I open my mouth but before I can say anything, blue does. "We haven't talked about it yet. This just now happened. Just please tell me again that you will keep this between the three og us for now?" Thank you blue. You are the best.

"Promise. Now im gonna go see if george is awake." Me and blue look at each other and i stop dream from standing up. " what is going on with you two?"

"What do you mean?"

"Don't 'wHaT dO yOu MeAn' us. You know dang well you like him. Now go do what Ranboo just did and kiss him already. Everyone is waiting for it." Blue chimes in.

"Oh, so you were the one who initiated the kiss, huh?" He looks at me. I feel my face get hot and my hand begins to get clammy.

"He was. Then i kissed him back." Blue could tell I wasn't going to answer that any time soon. I was too nervous. I smiled and then realized that dream completely changed the subject from george.

"Hey, man. Don't change the subject. You and george. Go." I say.

"Even if i did like him, what if he doesn't like me back?" I start laughing at this and blue joins in. Dream rolls his eyes and leaves the room. He bumps into someone when hes out of sight from us.

"Oh- hi george. Good morning." He says.

"Morniiiiing" he replies, confirming that it is in fact george.

"Those two are going to kill me, blue." He laughs at me comment before looking up at me. I wish he would look me in the eyes again. That was so nice. His crystal blue eyes meeting my light grey ones.

"So.. Uhmm.. About.. What dream said.. Are we..uhm.. To- together? Or.. If not that's cool too! I just want to be sure. So like- if you just want to stay friends I totally understand and I'm okay with tha-" I cut him off with a quick peck on the lips. "Yes. We are, blue." He looks up from his and and up at me with shock in his eyes and just stares at me. I lay down and motion for blue to lay next me. He laid in my arm. His head was on my chest and my arm was wrapped around him, rubbing his shoulder. I don't ever want this moment to end. I don't ever want to leave this cabin. I want one just like this.

With blue.
