When I walk into school on Monday, the atmosphere is dark. Probably from the disappearance of Ami over the weekend. Everyone will have their guard up so I will have to keep a low profile. I'm sure people wouldn't suspect me since the cops already have a lead. They haven't said anything to me yet, but since she was with me earlier that day I'm Just waiting for the questioning.

"Hey y/n" I turn around to see Haruhi standing there.

"Oh hi Haruhi"

"Are you feeling any better?"

"Much better thank you. Sorry I had to leave you guys. I was looking forward to trying a commoner's restaurant." I say. Haruhi sighed.

"You didn't miss much. The movie wasn't that great either." He said. I nod.

"Shouldn't you be in the club room right now?" I ask. They normally have the club open in the morning and after school.

"Tamaki called it off for today. I'm sure you can guess why." Haruhi's voice got quieter. He looked away from me and instead stared at his shoes.

I sigh. "The kidnapping," I whisper.

How close were Ami and Tamaki!? Is Tamaki that sad that he would close the club today?

"Yeah...y/n are you okay?" Haruhi looks back at me. I must have spaced out. I nod slowly.

"Just thinking...um...Ami spent the night at my house the day before she was, you know..." I tell him. I know I'm a pretty good actor so I don't think Haruhi will suspect anything. Besides, I will have to be consistent with my story. Ami stayed the night at my house and the kidnapping happened the next morning after she left. "I offered to give her a ride home, but she insisted." I continued.

"Well, you can't go back in time and change what happened y/n." Haruhi patted my shoulder. "I have to get to class." with that Haruhi left. As he turned the corner the bell rang. I realized I was all alone in the hallway. It was eerily quiet. I make my way to class, with my steps echoing as a walk.

Everything seemed so off today. I had no idea Ami's kidnapping would have made this mulch of an impact.

At lunch, I saw Tamaki over at a table by himself. I decided to go over to him, he looked really sad. I was just about to say something and sit down when a girl beat me to it.

"Tamaki are you okay?" The girl put her hand on his shoulder. He looked up at her and smiled a little. I grip my lunch and look around for a different place to sit. I resisted the huge urge to go up to the girl and shove her away from him. It would make me look bad. I sat at a table behind them so I could still keep an eye out and see how much this girl is a threat. By the look of it, she is a big one. I watched as she hugged him...and he returned it. I looked away. I couldn't take it anymore. As I was walking out I saw the table with all the other hosts, so I joined them instead.

"Hey, guys." I greeted.

"Hello y/n," The twins said in sync.

"Y/n do you have any sweets for lunch?" Honey asked. I looked at Mori and he just shook his head.

"Sorry Honey I don't have any today," I said.

"Dang it!" Honey slumped down in his seat.

"So what's the boss's deal today?" Hikaru asked.

"You haven't heard?" Haruhi looked over at the twins. They both shook their heads.

"Ami has been kidnapped. It seems the whole school has been at a low point all morning because of the incident." Kyoya chimed in.

"Oh," the twins said in unison.

"Tamaki was becoming pretty good friends with her too wasn't he?" Kouru said. Kyoya nodded.

Pretty good friends huh? I knew Ami was a threat.

"Y/n are you okay?" Haruhi asked.

"Oh yeah, I'm fine! I just...I was becoming friends with Ami too. And-"

"It wasn't your fault y/n. Plus you can't change the past." Haruhi put his arm around me. I looked away pretending to hold back tears. I can't cry on the spot so I pretend to be on the brink of crying.

"What happened?" The twins asked.

"Y/n and Ami had a sleepover the night before she was kidnapped," Haruhi explained.

"Oh, that must be tough," Hikaru said.

"I'm sorry to hear that y/n-Chan" Honey said. "If I had a cupcake right now I would give you some." I smile at Honey to show him I appreciate it.

"I'm sure the detectives will find her. The kidnapper had to of messed up somewhere. If he hasn't yet, he will." Kyoya said. Mori nodded.

"I sure hope so," Kouru said.
