Pain.

That was all Mina could feel right now. She didn't understand what was going on. One minute she had been tending to her garden and the next thing she knew, she was being attacked from all sides. She was pinned down to the ground and her face was being smushed rather harshly into the dirt.

Blood and werewolves.

That's what was drifting through the air at this very moment. Blood from the scratches that were forming over her exposed skin and the stench of not one but seven werewolves surrounding her. She was so confused and a little scared at this point. She didn't even know others knew she lived out here in the forest. She did her best to stay hidden as she just wanted to live her life in peace.

She let out a soft whimper when she felt their claws dig into the flesh of her arm, her body tensing momentarily before relaxing as she waited to see what was going to happen.

"The house is clean. No bodies, no nothing. Only a couple of blood bags in the fridge but they were donated from the city. I think this was a setup." She heard one of them whisper to another. A set up? What on earth is going on?

"Shit. Jungkook get off of her and be careful helping her up." Came a different voice. This one a lot more deeper than the first one. The pressure that was on her body was finally gone and she could move, wiggling her limbs before slowly pushing herself up off the ground with some help from the person named Jungkook. When she was finally on her feet, she was able to see her assailants and it was not what she expected. Not only were they good looking but they were tall. Very tall and extremely intimidating.

All Mina could do was stare up at them as an awkward silence settled over the group. Her arm was still bleeding and she was covered in dirt. Her hair was a mess and she honestly just looked like she was dragged through the mud.

"I'm sorry. This was a complete mistake and we were given the wrong information. We were hired by someone to take out a vampire that lived here that's been killing people in the city and leaving their bodies on display for people to see but we've obviously been lied to." The man with the deep voice from before spoke as he let out a frustrated sigh.

Mina was at a loss of words for this.

"I-I'm the only who lives in this area. I have for a very long time and I've never once killed let alone fed from a human. Which I guess it makes sense from your perspective as to why I'd be the culprit but I've never hurt anyone in my entire life. If anything, the one who probably hired you is the vampire that's been doing these horrible things." Mina said as she looked at them.

"It would seem so but until we find out who the real killer is, you're still under suspicion and we'll be watching you to make sure from now. Vampires are savages after all." Came another voice that was harsh.

"Jimin. Knock it off. I'm very sorry about all of this. It is true that we are going to have to keep on eye you from now until this is figured out but we mean you no harm at all. My name is Jin. It's nice to meet you." Jin said with a kind smile. Mina couldn't help but become flustered at him. He was too charming.

"M-Mina. My name is Mina and I honestly don't know how to react to any of this right now. One minute I'm tending to my garden and the next I'm being shoved into the ground." She said softly.

"I take full blame for that. For all of this. I should have assessed the situation better to see if you were a threat or not but with the cases increasing daily, I couldn't risk it. It was act now and think later. I hope you can forgive me. Forgive us. I'm Namjoon and I'm the leader of the group." He said as he bowed his head in apology.

"Hi! I'm Hoseok! Nice to meet you Mina!"

"Yoongi."

"Jungkook and I'm sorry about earlier. I hope I didn't hurt you too badly."

"Taehyung and this sourpuss over here is Jimin. He looks intimidating but he's just a harmless pup."

Mina nodded her head as she put their names to their faces. Now that she knew who all of them were, she had bigger problems to deal with. Someone obviously wanted her dead to throw off their trail but they failed so who knew what was going to happen to her. But for now she needed to shower.

All these thoughts ran through her head as she just stood in the shower. After awkwardly saying their goodbyes, it took Mina a couple of minutes to really process everything that had happen to her in the past hour. It was unbelievable and when it finally clicked with her, she broke down and cried for a good solid five minutes. A part of her wanted to call her parents and let her know what was going on but she also wanted to take care of this herself.

She knew she was going to be seeing them around a lot more since she was still a suspect and they needed to figure out who the person was that set them up. Though as she crawled into bed and turned off the light to sleep, she didn't realize how true her statement was going to be.
