The air was so tense you could cut it with a butter knife. After Mina had called her parents, it didn't take long until they showed up at her place and boy were they not happy. To see their only daughter surrounded by werewolves was sickening and having to sit at the table with all seven of them was even worse as they showed their disgust on their faces.

"So Mina. It seems you've been busy. Are you sure someone is really after you or did you just call us to help put down the doggies you seemed to have collected. Because you know we have no problem with that." Mina's mother said in a snarky tone, a smirk forming on her lips as she enjoyed watching said doggies bristle at her comment.

Mina was doing her best to stay calm as were the others. She could tell they were struggling but when she had offered for them to stay in the living room or outside, they refused. They wanted to be with her so they could explain the situation and ask questions but she knew her parents were going to make it difficult for all of them. Especially her mother.

"Mother. Stop it. Yes I am sure someone is after me. A vampire hired the seven of them to kill me but when they figured out I was not the vampire in question doing all these horrible things, everything changed. This vampire has been watching me and setting up traps all around the surrounding area. He's using scent blockers to throw us off his trail and he's nearly almost killed one of them." Mina said as calmly as possible even though her hands were balled into fists under the table.

"Well losing one of them wouldn't be a total loss. There's too many mongrels running around as it is so one less of them would be a blessing more than anything. This is why you should have stayed home with us Mina. None of this would be happening right now. For all we know, they're the ones who are actually behind this and they're just feeding you false information. You've always been too trusting Mina. That's your downfall." Her mother said in a bored tone before letting out a sigh.

That was the last straw for the group. Jungkook was on his feet before anyone could blink, his fists slamming into the table hard enough to crack it as he let out a dangerous growl. His pupils were dilated and his fangs were elongating as he felt himself start to shift. This was exactly the kind of reaction Mina's parents wanted out of them and Jungkook was giving it to them.

"Jungkook stop it! It's okay!" Mina said as she quickly stood in front him, cupping his cheeks gently. Jungkook had the worst temper in the group and she knew this could go bad real fast. "It's okay. Just look at me. I know. I know. Everything will be alright. Just breathe." She said softly as she looked up at him, giving him a soft smile while stroking his cheekbones with her thumbs. That was enough to calm him down, his features going back to normal and posture straightening as he gently removed her hands from his face, smiling down at her.

"I understand that you two have no respect for our kind but I would have assumed you two would have better manners coming into your daughters home as guests but obviously I was wrong. Vampires are just as ill mannered as werewolves it seems and yet your kind acts like the superior race when really you're just full of yourselves. It's pathetic." Jin said from out of nowhere, surprising everyone as they all looked at him. This infuriated her parents.

"How dare you to speak to us that way you filthy mongrel! Mina! Are you just going to let them to speak to your parents like that?! I should rip your tongue out and shove it down your throat you disgusting beast!" Mina's mother fumed as she stood up from her chair, fangs barred. Lady or not, she had no problem killing each and every one of them slowly.

"That is ENOUGH! I called you two because I seriously needed help in finding out who this vampire is that's trying to kill me! Whether he's an enemy or someone from your past or whoever but this was a mistake. You have been nothing but disrespectful since you walked through this door and I will not tolerate it so you two need to leave. I don't care that you hate werewolves but they are my friends and have treated me with more kindness than you two ever did. So please leave and don't ever come back. I won't even ask for you to apologize to them because I know you will never do it. So leave." Mina said, doing her best not to cry as she turned away from her parents.

Her mother was in absolute shock as was her father but it affected her mother than anything. Mina had never spoken to them like that before let alone raised her voice in the slightest. Mina was always a well behaved girl and to see her react that way came as a shock.

"As you wish. Dear, let's go." Was all her mother said before exiting the house. Her father lingered for a moment, looking at the eight of them that stood before him before exiting the house as well. He would never admit it but he knew his daughter would be well taken care of.

"Mina? Are you okay?" Jimin asked softly as he stood next to her, touching the side of her arm gently. Everyone was nervous at this point. Mina had stood up for them and to her parents no less. Something no one else would have done no matter the situation so they were grateful to her.

"Yeah I'm okay. I'm sorry. That was uncalled for and I wasn't going to allow them to speak to you like that anymore. I thought they would have been at least a little bit understanding but I guess I was wrong. I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up." She said before letting out a sigh as she shook her head. She was mentally and physically exhausted after this and she just wanted to be alone.

"I'm sorry Mina. This is all my fault. I shouldn't have asked you to call your parents. I just...." Namjoon said before letting out a sigh as he ran his fingers through his hair in frustration. Things weren't going his way and it was starting to affect him. As a leader, he was supposed to make sure everyone was protected at all costs and be able to provide for his pack. So far, it didn't look like that was happening. Mina had been the one to provide and protect them in just a short time.

"Namjoon. It's okay. Really. Please don't feel bad. None of you feel bad. We'll take care of it ourselves the way we intended to so please don't beat yourself up. You've been doing a wonderful job and you're an amazing leader so please don't be too hard on yourself, okay? I know things have been stressful but no one said being a leader was easy so take it easy on yourself please." Mina said sincerely as she gave his cheek a soft kiss.

"Thank you Mina. That means a lot to me. I appreciate it." Namjoon said, a huge smile on his face making his dimples pop out as his cheeks turned a bright red. Her parents were obviously no help and wouldn't be any help in the future but he knew everything would be okay now and they would definitely bring this vampire down.
