Chaos

Chaotic.

That was the only word that came to Mina's mind on the drive to the city. They were in two different cars and yet they managed to stay connected at all costs. From the shouting to the laughing to the bickering and to the occasional swerving due to Taehyung picking on Jin, Mina was ready to snap. Her, Taehyung, Jin and Yoongi were in one car while Namjoon, Jungkook, Hoseok and Jimin were in the other.

Yoongi was the only one who managed to stay unbothered, his AirPods snuggled comfortably in his ears as he managed to block everything out. Mina on the other hand was ready to jump out of the car and make a run for it. She'd never been surrounded by this much chaotic energy so she didn't know what to do. She thought it would end by the time she got to the mall but boy was she wrong.

The chaos continued as they exited their cars and made their way into the building, earning looks from everyone that would walk pass them. This was going to be a long day and she felt a headache coming on. She nearly jumped out of her skin when she felt a hand on her shoulder, her body tensing and jerking from the action as she turned around to see who it was.

"S-sorry. I was calling your name for a minute and you didn't respond so I was just trying to see if you were okay. Sorry." Namjoon said with wide eyes, both his hands up in the air as a sign he was going to hurt you as he took a step back.

"N-no you're okay. I'm sorry. I just- I've never been to the city since I moved into the forest so this is all new to me and a little much if I'm being honest. Seclusion is more my thing compared to my parents. It's just safer that way and I didn't have to worry about being watched." Mina said honestly as she looked up at Namjoon.

Namjoon nodded his head, a serious look forming on his face as his brow knitted together. One thing Mina learned about the leader is that his face always gave away whatever he was feeling and at the moment, he was deep in thought trying to figure something out. She couldn't help but smile. Yoongi and Namjoon had become two people that she was very comfortable around. They were both quiet and only spoke when it was necessary. Yoongi loved to be alone but stayed close enough to watch over everyone while Namjoon was always in the middle of them, making sure everyone was okay even as he read one of his many books or was doing paperwork.

"You're going to get wrinkles if you continue to frown like that. No need to be serious all the time Namjoon." Mina said softly, smoothing away his frown along with smoothing out his brow. Whenever Namjoon was in serious mode, it made him unapproachable but she guessed he liked it that way. This caused Namjoon to blush slightly, clearing his throat as he nodded his head.

"Come on you two! Let's go! There's so much to do! There's this arcade I wanna take Mina to!" Jungkook whined out as he waved impatiently at them, stomping his foot slightly like the spoilt child he was thanks to Jin. It took Mina a solid minute to remember that even though they were seven normal guys on the outside, they were also trained killers who could take anyone out right now if they chose.

Mina was able to forget her fear of crowded places thanks to them. They dragged her everywhere possible, showing her all their favorite places they loved to go when they came here. Her arms were going to be sore after this but she was genuinely having fun. They were now settling down at the arcade Jungkook was so desperate to show her, the eight of them having found a table for them to sit at and enjoy their food. A break was definitely needed.

"I don't think I've ever walked this much in my entire life. I'm not use to it. My feet are going to be hurting later." Mina laughed out as she rubbed at her aching feet. She didn't get to rest as long as she wanted to as Jungkook pulled her away from her spot at the table and led her away from the group.

Jungkook had her play every game possible. Of course she was terrible because she never played any sort of game in her entire life which shocked the poor boy to his core. It was like he had grown a second head when she had told him that. She felt a little embarrassed but she was just being honest. But she was also having the time of her life as well.

The last game they ended with was DDR and Mina was enjoying every second of it. Jungkook was a pro of course so Mina just took her time until she got the hang of it and when she did, oh boy did Jungkook have to watch out. Being a vampire, they were naturally fast so it wasn't long until Mina was beating Jungkook, the younger boy not liking that at all and when she beat him, he threw a little fit.

"Aww Kookie it's okay. You're still a winner in our eyes. Mina just kicked your ass is all." Hoseok chuckled out as the two of them rejoined them at the table. Everyone else pretty much just stayed back and watched the two take over the place, enjoying their food.

"Alright guys. It's a wrap. Today has been fun and well deserved but it's time for us to head home. Taehyung is practically asleep in his pizza and Yoongi looks like he's ready to murder someone.
Plus it's almost closing time." Namjoon said, letting out a yawn of his own as he stood up from the table.

No one protested that idea. After shopping all over the place for the entire day and then eating nothing but carbs, they were crashing hard. Everyone gathered their things, Jungkook hauling up a very sleepy Taehyung while Hoseok was babying a very annoyed Yoongi but everyone knew Yoongi would never say anything because he enjoyed the attention.

It wasn't until they were outside that Mina got a really weird feeling. Like they were being watched and something bad was going to happen. Maybe it was because she was tired or she still had a bit of adrenaline pumping from playing DDR. Either way, she decided to ignore it. It was probably all in her head and she didn't want to alarm anyone in the group.

The drive home felt longer than on the way to the city and it was eerily quiet. They were the only ones on the road and the majority of them were all asleep except for Jin and Hoseok who were the drivers and Jimin who was scrolling through his phone with a bored look on his face. He didn't know how long they had been driving when the hair on the back of his neck stood up, his posture straightening up immediately as he looked out the back window. Not too far in the distance, he could see headlights quickly gaining speed on them. He didn't have enough time to let Jin know before another car was barreling into them from out of nowhere.

Hoseok quickly slammed on his breaks when he saw Jin's car get rammed into through his rear view mirror, the others immediately jerking awake in alert as they looked around in alarm. They didn't know what was going on until it was too late for them when another car came barreling into them from out of nowhere.

Both cars had managed to flip over twice before landing on the hood as silenced settled over them. They had been ambushed. By who? They didn't know but they were going to find out soon enough. All seven of them managed to quickly crawl out of the wrecked cars, instantly going into attack mode as they waited to see what would happen. Only one thing was running through their head right now.

Where was Mina?
