Summary
"Her name is Stacey Montgomery. She was one of my closest friends, we met during those meetings where I talked about my overdose and she talked about hers.
Unfortunately, neither of us planned on changing our ways anytime soon. She had moved to East Highland in the third grade and was attending the same school as I was, and she quickly fit in with our "group". Except for one of them, but we'll talk about that shit later.
She put the walls up. I could tell from our first meeting that talking feelings grossed her out. On one occasion, she couldn't handle those feelings so much to the point where she had to throw up.
Animotophobia. The fear of showing emotion. She hated it. Along with hating being shown as vulnerable. So naturally falling in love is terrifying for her. It didn't help that she had fallen in love with the sister of someone she didn't quite get along with."
