When Hoseok decided to call Migyung the morning after their little heart-to-heart talk, he didn't expect it to go to voicemail. He knew for a fact that she woke up early to stretch and dance, she liked to maintain the routine to keep her body in shape. He hadn't missed how she was so conscious about it. Unhealthily if he was brave enough to admit.

But he let it pass, thinking she was just sleeping the previous day's exhaustion off. He could well understand that being emotionally exhausted took its toll as well.

As the day passed, he left her several text messages, a few voicemails telling her to call him as soon as possible. He didn't really have anything to say to her, he just wanted to hear her voice, needed to know she was okay.

His distracted mind didn't go unnoticed by his members but they didn't say anything. Everyone had their days and they had long learnt to give each other the space they needed when required. Except for Namjoon though. He knew everything.

"You wanna tell me something?" Namjoon had asked casually as he sat beside Hoseok for lunch. Despite his unwillingness to talk, Joon was his friend, his confidante and he needed to free the burden.

"Migyung's not picking up my calls nor responding to any text messages." He kept his head down, playing around with the food on his plate.

"She started a new job, didn't she? Maybe she's just busy." His friend shrugged as if it was no big deal. But it was a big deal to him. Not because he cared too much than necessary but because he didn't trust her enough to take care of herself. He had glimpsed madness in her eyes last night and it made him anxious.

By the time he was done with his schedule, his body was buzzing with energy that had nothing to do with his work. He was ready to bolt and that's what he did as soon as he was done. Not wanting to get caught up in the unnecessary talk, he had pulled out his car and raced to her apartment.

He shouldn't have, he knew but something in his gut told him to go to her, be with her. The feeling of impending doom intensified with every step he took to the fourth floor. He was huffing, wheezing to draw in as much air into his lung when he reached her door and pressed the doorbell.

It hadn't even taken a second for the door to fly open but the woman that stared at him with frantic eyes wasn't Migyung. Her breath was laboured, face red and eyes full of fear. For a moment he thought it might be her sister, the twin she so hated but she looked nothing like Migyung.

"Are you Migyung's guy friend?" she asked in a shaky voice, her knuckles white with the force she gripped the door frame with. But she didn't wait for his answer, she grabbed his wrist and pulled him inside saying, "She needs help."

He felt his heart plummet. His brain felt like mush as it tried to comprehend her words, process and react accordingly but he was moving fast. He was being dragged before he could ask the stranger any questions as she dragged him into Migyung's bedroom.
