Me: Hey guys, I have a special chapter for you!
Thunder: Shadow made this for reaching 100 reviews!
Shard: Yippee! *Throws confetti everywhere*
Me: Well technically I don't have 100 reviews yet, but it's about 94 or something but CLOSE ENOUGH! :D
Shard: *Continues to throw confetti everywhere*
Thunder: *Is screaming at the top of his lungs that his story nearly reached 100 reviews*
Me: Guys quiet down- *A bunch of confetti is thrown in my mouth and I start to choke* ACK-ARGH-OCK!
Thunder: *Is screaming too loud for them to notice*
Fawn: -.- *Pushes down on my chest till I cough up the confetti*
Me: *Takes a deep breath* Thank you Fawn. *Glares at Shard and Thunder*
Shard: Aw I ran out of confetti D:
Fawn: Why is Shard acting crazy?
Me: She's like this in these thingy's that happen before the chapter.
Fawn: Why?
Me: I think I shown her too much of the outside world. o.o
Shard: *Now is watching internet cat videos on YouTube*
Thunder: *Stopped screaming and is watching along beside her*
Fawn: I think you have.
Me: Well enough of that. Enjoy your chapter! In the meantime I'm gonna have to clean up this confetti... *Sighs and grabs a broom and dustpan*
Fawn's POV
I peered around the corner of the Chief's den cautiously, eyeing Joel as he spoke with Mom. I barely stifled my snickers with the thought they still didn't know I was spying on them.
"Just make sure you don't tell Fawn. I don't ever want her to head to that place," Mom whimpered, her ears flattened at the thought.
"Don't worry, she won't find out. I just called you over here as a precaution for you never to utter a word about Treacherous Chasm till she's older. You shouldn't be worrying about me telling her, but you should be concerned on keeping it a secret from your daughter," Joel remarked.
Mom sighed. "I know, you repeated this several times already Joel. Don't tell her about Treacherous Chasm, never mention Treacherous Chasm, don't tell her where Treacherous Chasm is, don't explain her the dangers of Treacherous Chasm, I get it! Plus I don't think she'd want to go to that place if she heard the name." The way Mom said that didn't sound like what she should've been in front of the Chief, but neither seemed to mind.
The wise fennekin gave her a stern look. "You can never be too careful Summer," he warned, the traces of gray fur on the tip of his tail quivering. He kept his proud, wise, calm, and strong composure through the entire conversation. Unfortunately for them, I already heard about Treacherous Chasm and I heard them talk about where it was. It was becoming more difficult to choke down my laughs at how they still haven't discovered my presence.
Joel's gray whiskers began to shake as he became still, making my fur stand up. He raised his nose into the air and took in a deep whiff of air with closed eyes, right for his eyes to snap open and his head to turn sharply in my direction. Nimbly I leapt back from the cave mouth, my tail nervously twitching, hoping he didn't see me. Reluctantly I pressed one of my fluffy yellow ears against the den wall and tried my best to listen.
