Chapter 16.

Is it wrong to fangirl over your own story? Cuz like I'm having a major panic attack O.O Is this normal? IS THIS REAL LIFE?!

I don't know, don't listen to me babbling. Oh, and just to let you all know, I LURHV you all xD  But in all seriousness you guys are AWESOME! <3

"Hello, love, my name's Ed." 

Ash found herself trying not to hyperventilate right there one the spot. She poked Liam's arm furiously, unable to speak. Ed's face seemed to twist in confusion, probably wondering why Ash wasn't answering. 

"What, WHAT?!" Liam hissed as he turned away from his oh so important conversation. Suddenly his eyes softened as he looked at the red headed fellow leaning over Ash's chair. 

"ED!" Liam exclaimed, a cheery smile growing on his face. "How've you been mate? Damn, it's been so long!" 

"Oye, mate! Great to see you again," Ed laughed, standing up as Liam did to embrace each other into a manly hug. They pat each others backs before settling back down, Liam into his seat and Ed right by Ash's side again. 

"So I see you've got yourself a lovely young lady, what's your name, dear?" Ed smiled, flashing his white teeth at Ash. She suddenly found herself stuttering and flushing because her ability to comprehend human speech apparently left her. 

"Uh, uhm m-my name's-"

"Ash," Liam said for her, smiling slightly. Ash scowled, because she could have said it herself but Liam paid no heed to her annoyance. Ed seemed fascinated by Ash, his eyes never leaving hers while an amused smile continued to pull at his lips, almost as if it was unable to drop. 

"Well it's real nice to meet you, Ash." Ed stuck his hand between the two, waiting patiently for Ash to timidly grip it and give it a shake. She quickly pulled her hand away, feeling tingles from his touch. 

"Hi," She said back real quietly, smiling slightly before shrinking towards Liam just a bit. Ed nodded before standing up tall and walking back to his chair, giving Ash a friendly wink before turning to his friends again. 

"Who was that?!" Ash hissed towards Liam. 

"That was Ed! Ed Sheeran. He's a famous singer and guitar player, " Liam explained. Ash nodded her head, suddenly understanding. Before Ash could question Liam even further, the waitress came in, shouting out that she was ready to take orders. 

And before Ash knew it, they had all finished dinner and were heading back towards the cars, ready to retreat to Louis' house. Her tummy full, Ash let Liam sling her arm over his and they walked each other towards the car. Different people were slapping Harry on the back, each of them striking up a new conversation and what not. The woman who Ash had suspected to be Harry's mum explained to Liam that she would give Harry a ride to Louis' along with some of his friends. 

"Hey, Ash do you wanna come ride with us?" Ed asked, jogging over to where Ash and Liam stood. Ash bit her tongue inside her mouth, wanting to go but not sure of Liam's reaction. 

"Uhm, sure! Liam...is that o-okay?" Ash asked Liam hesitantly. Liam smiled immediately and nodded, ushering her off towards the others. 

"Go on, it's alright. See you back at the house, yeah?" Liam smiled. Ash nodded and was about to hug Liam goodbye when suddenly Ed's fingers slipped into hers and he was already tugging her towards the black van. 

"Don't worry Li, we'll take care of her!" Ed called behind his shoulder. Ash turned her  head slightly to wave at Liam with a shaky smile. Liam gave her a weak wave back. Maybe it was just her, but Liam's shoulders seemed to be slouched down a little further, and his facial expressions seemed to drop.
