Damian was smart and stubborn. When he set his mind he could and would do anything, but right now Raven thought he was being an Idiot.
Damian's plan was to get Willa before Bruce. He was going to bring her in by talking to her. He was going to go to her apartment.
Raven had no clue who they were and if she left Bruce would easily figure it out. What they were up to.
"If she is as powerful as you say, are you sure you want to go?" Raven held Althea back, "Can you handle it?"
"I won't let Damian go alone," she spoke silently "She didn't hurt me. I was vulnerable and weak in her mind and she let me go. If she wanted to hurt me she would have. I think there is more to her than we think"
Raven understood what she meant but she also knew Althea was doing this for Tim. She wouldn't leave Tim on his own.
"Be careful"
With that, she left with Damian. They wore civilian clothes no suits, She followed Damian into a car and headed into Gotham it was absolutely quiet and boring. Althea had many questions for him.
"Damian"
"Yes?" he kept driving.
"What if she attacks?"
"She won't'"
"What about her partner?" he remained silent but she continued, "We know nothing of them."
"They won't risk breaking their cover with their neighbors"
"What if she uses her powers?"
"What are you here for?"
"We both know she's a lot more powerful."
"She won't"
"Why do you place so much faith in her?"
"She never hurts those who have ever mattered to her," he sighed "She may be angry but her sympathy and love for people will win."
"Do you think she still cares for you?"
"She would have killed you, me, and Tim by now if she didn't"
They remained silent for the rest of the drive until Damian parked in an alleyway and walked towards the building. He turned to her.
"Don't use your powers unless I tell you to"
"Okay"

Harley and Freya stayed the night at the apartment. They decided to stay and help until things calmed down. Harley was showing Willa how his powers were manifesting now, He could now shapeshift into animals too. So Willa planned to make him a new charm to adapt to his ability.
