"Ponk? What are you doing up?" Asked Sam, startling Ponk.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." Said Sam.

"I was playing Minecraft." Says Ponk, confused.

"All night?" Said Sam, a hint of worry in his voice.

"Uhh..." Ponk looked outside and noticed the birds chirping and the sun shining.

"I guess..." He said at last.

"Ponk you need to sleep more..." Said Sam, worried.

"I'm fine. I'll take a nap later today." Said Ponk.

"M'kay... as long as you remember..." Sam said, not convinced.

"Let's get breakfast." Said Ponk, going to the Kitchen.

Later that afternoon, Ponk still hadn't taken a nap.

"Ponk, I thought you were going to take a nap..." Sam said, worried.

"Huh? O-oh yeah. I'll do that in a second, I'm busy..." Replied Ponk, playing a game on the computer.

"Doing what?" Asked Sam, tilting his head.

"Playing Minecraft..." Said Ponk, going back to his game.

"Okay... just remember to take a nap, alright?" Sam said, trying to make sure Ponk didn't forget.

"Kay..." Said Ponk, wrapped up in his game again.

Sam left to do some chores around the house while Ponk played minecraft. After they had dinner, Ponk started playing video games again.

"Ponk, please go to bed... I know you didn't take a nap earlier..." Sam pleaded.

"I'll go to bed in a bit..." Ponk said, stifling a yawn. "I need to finish this game..." He said.

Sam knew Ponk was tired, but he couldn't make him go to bed. Then he realized, if he could make Ponk so tired he couldn't keep his eyes open, there was no way he could play video games and he'd HAVE to go to bed. Tea is relaxing. Maybe that could help?  he thought to himself before saying:

"I'm going to go make some tea for you, okay?" He hoped Ponk wouldn't catch on to his plan. Fortunately, Ponk was too busy playing Valorant to understand Sam's idea.

"Kay, sounds good..." Ponk said, trying to hide another yawn.

Sam went downstairs and made Ponk some tea. He came back upstairs with a blanket and the tea. He handed the tea to Ponk, and set the blanket over his shoulders. Ponk couldn't stifle or hide the yawn anymore, he was too tired. Sam turned off the lights.

"Hm? Whazzat for...?" Said Ponk, slurring a little bit since he was so tired.

"I thought maybe it was creating a glare on your screen." Lied Sam.

"mmm..." Said Ponk, too tired to form words.

Sam smiled slightly, knowing Ponk was getting sleepy. Sam walked over to the bed, found a book, and started reading. About 15 minutes later, a loud bang scared Sam.

"Ponk?" He asked, concerned.

No answer. Sam set down the book and walked over to Ponk's desk. The bang had been Ponk falling asleep, and his head slamming onto his desk. Sam sighed, relived Ponk was okay and finally asleep, and picked Ponk up and set him in bed.

"Goodnight, Ponk..." He whispered, pulling the covers over Ponk and tucking him in. Ponk mumbled something inaudible in his sleep. Sam smiled and climbed into bed next to Ponk, pulling the covers over himself and falling asleep as well.
