(Scared Dream and protective George because I said so)

(Includes a panic attack I'll put a TW for it)

Dream and George were watching TV when an ad for a movie came on. The movie looked scary, and honestly the trailer alone freaked Dream out. But George seemed interested.

"Cool! We should go see it!" He said, taking out his phone to google it.

"yeAh..." Dream said, voice cracking in nervousness. "S-sure... I'd love to..." He lied. He wasn't sure how, but somehow the day came up. George and Dream found their seats. Dream was bouncing his leg nerviously.

"You idiot, what are you doing?" George whispered, a little annoyed from the shaking seats.

"Sorry..." Dream said. The lights dimmed. Dream was doing well enough at first, but when the first jumpscare happened... well, let's just say he was glad he went to the bathroom beforehand. After the first jumpscare, it was just gore and death and more jumpscares.

(TW: PANIC ATTACK HERE! INCLUDES DIFFICULTY BREATHING!)

After the 5th jumpscare, Dream started to panic, but this time, not because of the horror. No, he was panicking because he couldn't BREATHE. He gulped and gasped for air but the more he did the worse it got. He started feeling lightheaded. His body was shaking. His shirt and face were wet, though from tears or sweat he couldn't tell. Dream felt super embarrassed. He was the big bad scary guy on the SMP! He should be able to handle a little gore! The more he thought, the more he struggled to breathe. The more he struggled to breathe, the more he panicked. The more he panicked, well, you get the idea. He was stuck in an infinite loop, and it was getting harder to breathe. He gasped for air especially loud and George looked over. He seemed like he was mad for Dream's noises, but his eyes suddenly went wide.

"Dream?!" He whispered, worried. Dream's head snapped up to face George, silent tears still falling. George wasn't sure how to handle it, but he knew whatever he did would probably disturb the others in the theater. He got up and motioned for Dream to get up as well. He did, and George led him to the bathroom.

(TW OVER)

Once in the bathroom, Dream splashed cold water on his face, finally able to breathe. George put a hand on Dream's back and made circle motions to calm him.

"Are you... okay?" George asked. Dream turned to George and nodded.

"You... can breathe... right?" George asked again. Dream nodded.

"Okay... should we go home...?" George asked, slipping his hand from Dream's back to his face to wipe away some stray tears, standing on his tiptoes to make up the height difference.

"But... the movie..." Dream started. George shook his head.

"I don't care about the movie. It was obviously bothering you. Plus, it was rubbish and cheesy anyway." George smiled softly, Dream returning the smile. They left for the car. But before they got in, George gasped.

"Oh, wait!" He said, running back inside. Dream was confused until he came back later with a box of [insert your favorite movie candy here] and handed it to Dream. He tilted his head.

"What's this for?" He asked. George smiled.

"An apology. I should have known you were scared..." George said, felling bad.

"Aw, don't worry. You couldn't have known. I should have told you... I guess we're BOTH to blame, huh? Well then..." Dream said. He shook out half the box of candy and handed it to George. "We BOTH need an apology." He said, smiling. They ate the candy before driving home and cuddling.
