"CORPSE!" Calls Sykkuno from the living room, kind of jumping up and down.
"YEAH?" Responds Corpse from the kitchen.
"I WANNA GO ON A WALK! I HAVE TOO MUCH ENERGY!" Says Sykkuno.
"TO WHERE?" Asks Corpse. Sykkuno shrugs and then realizes Corpse can't see him.
"I DUNNO, WHERE DO YOU WANNA GO?" He asks. Theres a pause.
"I NEED TO TOUCH GRASS, HOW ABOUT A NATURE WALK?" Suggests Corpse jokingly, making Sykkuno laugh.
"YEAH THAT SOUNDS GOOD!" Sykkuno goes and gets a T-shirt, shorts and some old shoes. He didn't see the point of wearing the new ones when they were going to walk in the dirt and all. Besides, the old ones fit fine anyway. Sykkuno grabs a bottle of water and walks outside to where Corpse is. He's wearing one of his favorite hoodies, and jeans. He has old shoes on and a water bottle as well.
"Aren't you going to be hot in that?" Asks Sykkuno, tilting his head. Corpse shrugs.
"I have a T-shirt underneath this just in case, but I handle heat pretty well." He replies. Sykkuno shrugs.
"Alright, suit yourself." He says. Once they arrive at the nature walk, they park (they decided to drive to the park itself, since they would be tired by the time they were done) and look for a trail to take.
"Oooh! This one looks good!" Says Sykkuno, pointing to a trail. It's not too long, maybe a good 15-30 minutes. It circles back around to where they are as well. Corpse nods in agreement. They start on the trail. Corpse, being the quieter one, listens to nature, taking pictures of birds and flowers now and then. Sykkuno, who found a very cool stick, is ahead of Corpse, using the stick as a walking stick and talking to all the squirrels and small animals he sees. A few minutes into the walk, Sykkuno trips and falls. Corpse runs to his side and checks on him.
"Are you okay?" He asks, hugging Sykkuno.
"Mmm... I guess so... I think I scraped my knee but I'll be okay..." Says Sykkuno. He sniffs as Corpse rummages through a bag he brought that Sykkuno hadn't noticed he had with him. Corpse pulls out a green baid-aid and carefully places it over the scrape. Sykkuno grins.
"Thanks..." He says, wiping his eyes and standing up.
"No problem." Says Corpse, smiling softly. Sykkuno picks up the cool stick and off they go again. They make it back to the car.
"Can I ta-" Sykkuno starts.
"No, you can't take the stick with you, Kuno. Leave it here." Says Corpse, pointing to a sign that said that you can't take anything from the park. Sykkuno sighs sadly and sets the stick down in the grass before getting into the car and going home with Corpse. Corpse drives in silence for awhile, Sykkuno in the back, quiet as well.
"Did you get the energy out, Sykunno?" Asks Corpse. There is no answer.
"Kuno...?" He asks again, glanceing at the mirror. Sykkuno is asleep in the backseat, head resting against the window. Corpse chuckles.
"I guess that answers my question..." He mumbles, smiling.
