Chapter 34: This Is Only The Beginning

"RUN!!!" Camille said, pushing me to fly away.

I immediately bolt the hell out of there and Alexander quickly followed me with his blood blades out.

"Camille, a little help!!" Tom said, as he was holding back Leo's claws with his sword.

Just before Camille could get to Tom, Aquarius suddenly appears and punches Camille in the stomach, making her cough out blood.

"You thought I ran away, I knew Alexander was coming, all I had to do was to weaken Max." Aquarius said, as she held Camille by the throat.

"Dark Heart!" Camille said, making Aquarius let go and fall down to the ground, since we were all still flying.

Aquarius began to twitch vigorously, with blood coming out of her mouth, eyes, and nose.

"Now, if you don't mind to wait here while I go help my partner, something you will never get!" Camille said.

"What's wrong Tom, I can feel you getting weaker by the second!" Leo said. "Really? I was just going to say the same for you!" Tom said, mocking Leo.

"Dark Phoenix!" Camille said, sending her Phoenix to hit Leo off of Tom.

"Where's Max?" Tom asked. "Flying away from Alexander, but we got to kill Leo and Aquarius quick before Alexander catches up to Max." Camille said, summoning her sword.

"That's not the Alexander you know anymore, that's his bloodlust." Leo said as he stood back up. "How do you know?" Tom asked. "He's a Blood Demon, and once they get into their bloodlust, they are unstoppable." Leo said.

"Well it's a good thing we'll finish you quick to help Max." Tom said, after he teleported behind Leo, having his sword ready to swing.

"Rising Fire!" Leo said, making fire appear from his back. Tom quickly out maneuvered the fire but lost the position he had to kill Leo.

Camille wrapped her strings on both Leo's arms and ripped them off, then charged towards him. Leo instantly regenerated his arms and summoned his large blade, which was twice his size.

"Didn't expect that?" Leo asked. "Dark Whirlwind!" Camille said, as she leaped and spun midair, hitting Leo's blade.

"This blade isn't going to break with your little abilities, it's made from pure iron and infused with the souls of the damned, pretty neat?" Leo said. "I think it is neat, but can it stop this?!" Tom said, right before his palm began to heat up.

Leo instantly knew what that was and put his blade infront of him. "Reality Swap..!" Tom said, appearing behind Leo, "...And Catastrophic Flames!!" He added.

Before the flames hit Leo, Camille wrapped her strings on the blade so Leo couldn't move it. The flames began to burn Leo up and once Tom stopped the flames, Leo was burnt to the ground, but not dead yet.

Tom grabbed his arm and collapsed in pain. "Tom!" Camille said. "It's fine, I just used too much, but let's find Max and Alexander." Tom said while standing up and still grasping his arm.

"Let's get up top for the office building, we'll get a better view from there." Camille said. "Wait, where's Sean?" Tom asked.

"While no one noticed, I pulled him with my strings into a building with some people in it and told them to take care of him." Camille said. "Okay good, let's head to the roof." Tom said, summoning his wings. Camille followed behind.

Once Tom and Camille got on the roof, they searched everywhere for us, but couldn't see us anywhere.

"Where did they go?" Camille asked. "I don't know, but I can sense Max is here, we just can't see him." Tom said.
