I was sitting in the lair, waiting for the guys to call. They had been fighting the Shredder, an ancient demon who has unfortunately been summoned back to earth for the soul purpose of mass destruction and world domination.
It's been days, and I've been worried sick. I spend most of my time here, waiting for my second family to come back safe.
Suddenly... my phone rang. I looked at the screen and it said 'Raph-a-roni❤️🐢'. They're coming back!
"Hello?" I answered.
"Y/N! We're on our way back. Get the med bay ready QUICK! Donnie's hurt really bad. Be there in a few. C'ya." My heart dropped to my stomach.
I swallowed a big knot in my throat, finally letting out words. "Okay, Raph, I will! Bye~"
I ran to the med bay and got blood, fluids, morphine, and antibiotics ready. I wasn't sure of his condition so I got prepared for just about anything.
When they arrived, I fell to my knees in horror. My poor, sweet Donnie was covered head to toe in his own blood. His body bruised and beaten. His shell had four long, deep slashes across.
Tears flooded my eyes, falling down my face in endless streams. I couldn't contain myself. Seeing the one I had fallen in love these last 2 years, beaten relentlessly. It destroyed me.
"Mikey, take Y/N and keep her company while me, Leo and Raph get him cleaned up. I don't want neither of you to see this." Splinter ordered. Mikey nodded and picked me up off of my knees and helped me walk to the living room.
"D-Do you think h-he's going to be o-okay?" I sobbed, trying to speak as clearly as I could.
Mikey tried to keep his cool but once he looked at me, all of his emotions flooded him at once. Tears flooded his face, making me sob even harder.
"You weren't t-there Y/N. G-Gosh you're so l-lucky you weren't t-there. It was bad... r-really bad." He hid his eyes as more tears flooded down his face.

"I-I know Mike.. Come here." I grabbed him by the arm and pulled him into a tight hug. We both sobbed into each other, letting our emotions take over.
"You guys okay?" Raph came in, fighting back tears. "Y-Yeah we're okay. Can I... Can I see him?" I sniffed. Raph nodded his head, and lead to me to where he was.
