WARNING: MENTION OF BLOOD; LOSS; ANGST

I felt sick when I woke up this morning. I've also experienced some nausea when I see or smell certain food. These are all symptoms of pregnancy... so I decided to take a test while I continued to think about my symptoms.

Nausea, food sensitivity, and I missed my period last month. Something was definitely going on, and I had an exciting feeling of what it was.

After 5 minutes, I looked at the test. 2 lines... My heart sank but quickly overflowed with joy. I'm pregnant! I have to tell Donnie right away!

But how?... I can't just run up to him and be like 'hey! I'm pregnant!'... No. It needs to be special. Hmm... Oh, I know!

I ran into Mikey's room and grabbed one of the tiny gift bags that he saved over the years. He saves everything.

I put the test inside, and covered it with some of Mikey's pink and blue construction paper. It wasn't fancy, but it'll do.

I walked into the lab and saw him working on what looked like a mother board for some tech. I sat down on the stool next to his desk, and watched him work so effortlessly.

"Hello, darling. Can I help you?" He asked, without breaking eye contact. I just shook my head and smiled.

I slid the little bag across his desk, and he immediately stopped what he was doing to look at me. "What's this?" He asked, pushing up his tech goggles, wearing a sly smirk on his lips.

"Just a little... something." I teased, scooting closer to him.

He opened the bag hesitantly, and suddenly he had a deadpanned look on his face. He stared at it for a moment, then looked at me with wide eyes.

"Y-Y/N.. Am I—... Are you— Is this real?" He stuttered, clearly in shock. I hummed and nodded my head, tears slowly filling my eyes.

He looked back into the bag, slowly pulling out the test. He looked at me again, still processing what he was holding.

He was still in a bewildered trance, staring at me with sparkles in his eyes. He was truly speechless, I could read it on his face.

"I'm gonna— We're... Great Galileo! We have to tell the others!" He said excitedly, bouncing back to reality and swinging me in his arms.

"Not yet. I want to wait until the time is right!" I said, kissing his lips softly.

"Okay, whatever you want, amore mio," he said as he swooped me up into his arms, "I can't believe this is happening." He added.
