Day at the Mall

Today was boring. To me, at least. Donnie and I were in the lab, Raph and April were watching tv, Mikey was talking to Gwen on FaceTime, and Leo was skateboarding.

I looked at Donnie, who was sitting at his swivel chair at his desk scrolling through his phone. I groaned and wrapped my arms around his neck from behind. "Is everything okay, amore mio?" I shimmied into his lap, putting my legs through the arms of his chair.

"I'm just bored. I wanna do something!" I said, kissing his lips gently. "We could go to the mall, or something." Donnie replied. I nodded my head excitedly, and got up from his lap.

"I'll go see if the others want to go, too." He said, and I nodded in agreement. As he did that, I went to go change into clothes more flattering for the outside world.

I walked out of the lab to see everyone getting ready. "I see that everyone's just as bored, huh?" I snickered, wrapping my arms around Donnie's waist. "It seems like it." He said, embracing me in a hug.

"Is everyone ready?" Raph said, getting into the turtle tank.

"Absolutely! I'm gonna meet Gwen at the food court!" Mikey said, jumping in excitement.

"April and I are going to the movies. They're doing a one-time-only reshowing of Lou Jitsu." Raph said, grabbing April by the waist.

"Y/N and I are going to look around the astrology museum, right love?" Donnie asked rhetorically. "Mhm!" I hummed excitedly.

I looked over at Leo who had a doleful expression on his face. I grabbed him by the elbow and pulled him to the side.

"What's wrong, Leon?" I asked in a whisper. "I-I dunno. Everyone seems to have someone... and I don't. You have Donnie, Mikey has Gwen, and now Raph has April. I feel left out." Leo admitted, making me concerned.

Leo was always happy, never dropping a smile. Seeing him this way was concerning, and it made me feel guilty.

"Don't worry, Leo, you'll find someone! Look at you! You're as handsome as they come. Any girl who'd be able to resist you is completely out of her right mind." He blushed and cracked that crooked smile."Thank you, Y/N."

"Now let's go, the other's are waiting!" I said enthusiastically, getting into the turtle tank.

At the mall...

POV:MIKEY

"OHMIGASH, GWEN! YOU'RE SO PRETTYY!" I yelled. She tried on a light orange dress that came above her knees ever so slightly, and it hugged her body tight.

"Y-Ya think so?" She stuttered.

"Oh, I know so! You're gorgeous, girl!" Her beautiful freckles illuminated red, almost as red as her hair.

She giggled beautifully, before doing a 360° to show off the dress more.

"I-I think I'm gonna get it!" She said, gripping the back of her neck bashfully.

"You totally should. You look stunning!" I complimented.

"You're just saying that because orange is your favorite color, and I'm your girlfriend!" She said as my eyes widened. She had never addressed herself as that title before, it stunned me to say the least.
