S2, Ep. 5 - Trollmarket Public Enemy #1

James POV

She looked at me, "You can read my mind and hear my thoughts and they are all true..James.." I raised a brow, "What on earth are you talking about.." she continued to stare at me, "Every hero has a villain as every villain has a hero..what are you..the villain..", "Umm.." said Toby as Claire and I seemed confused. "No..I'm a hero..", "Right..a hero.." she glared at me, what is going on with her lately.

"Let me prove it to you.." this maybe a stupid thing to prove but I need her on my side. "Proving that you're a killer and villain.." I groaned, "No..well no..I'm a hero..remember the amulet..that connects to the other world..I can show you.." I was about to show her trollmarket for the first time and well it could go good or it could go bad.

"Where to?", "To the place I go to at nightfall.." Claire and Tobes looked at me, "You sure you want to do that Jim.." I nodded, "I'm sure..plus I could ask Blinky to see why she assumes I'm a villain..", "Who's Blinky.." she asked, "He's a troll and also a mentor.." we headed out of the ER and guided her under the bridge as Claire made the doorway to Trollmarket.

"There's no turning back, you know that right..once she knows," I nodded, "It's better this way..I can't keep lying to her along with our mom.."  Claire smiled slightly, we all walked in as Arrgh! looked at Josie along with Blinky weird. "Is this who you call Josephine.." I nodded to Blinky. "It is nice to meet you.." they shook hands but then she looked at me weirdly. "You still call yourself a hero with the villains made from stone.."

"They are not villains..they help protect those who need protection from the true villains..like Strickler.." she laughed, "Strickler, a villain..seems like you lost your mind..he's been nothing but a father figure..", "What are you saying.." she glared at me, "We have two different verison of what we think of what is a father figure.." Blinky pulled me aside, "You sure this is your sister?" I raised a brow, "Postive..why are you questioning it..", "She seems to be fond of Strickler..and Strickler has made villains before.."

I looked at him strangely, "So your saying Strickler made my sister think that I'm a villain and that she should be a hero.." he nodded, "What color are your two eyes..", "Blue?" I was so confused with Blinky theory. "Blue is normal..as if she has Black eyes..then she isn't your sister..", "Then what would she be?"

He sighed, "Long ago in the times it is unknown who made these things called Nightwalkers..but those are the opposite of what a trollhunter is..they are brainwashed if encountered or an attempt to gain control of the amulet..they've been also known as Trollmarkets Public Enemy #1.."  I pulled out the amulet, "Its' fake.." I mumbled.

"You ready.." She looked up, "Yeah.." She handed me the amulet back and headed out the door and to our bikes, "Hey what is going on.." I see Toby, "I told her everything, Tobes..", "Everything? As in the other world.." I nodded, "She took it well, didn't you Josie.." she rode off before I could get her to speak again. "We are getting there..she may just be stunned and trying to process it.."

Toby nodded, "So ready for school.." I nodded as we took off and met up with Claire halfway. "Wow..you actually beat Josie.." I raised a brow, "What..she was ahead of us for at least five minutes..how did she not come here.." Tobes said, "That is strange.."

"Hey.." I said as I waved as mom looked at me, "I'll go get you some water Honeybee.." mom left as I went to her. "They said I'm most likely dehydrated.." Mom came back with water, "Here you go..", "Thanks mom.." she smiled, "You should really thank your teacher..he was the one who found you.."

"What do you mean by brainwashed?", "First stage is that your sister will compare you to the villain as not a hero..as the person who wiped her temperament with her mind." I looked at the fake amulet and threw it on the ground, "Is there any way to bring back her memories though, thinking I'm a hero and not a villain.", "Possibly but I would be cautious since I've only seen it once but in progress, a troll once lost his entire memory of their family..so it could also happen to your sister.."
