You fell to your knees and burst into tears. You didn't know why you were crying, but you assumed that they were tears of relief that you were still alive and that you had Dean back. Sam hurried over to you and pulled you into a hug, assuming you needed to hug someone and Dean probably wasn't a fan favourite at the moment, even though it wasn't his fault. You cried into Sam's shoulder.

Dean felt extremely bad. He looked at the gun and then at Y/n and Sam. He remembered everything. The monotone 'Don't move's, beating Sam up, watching Y/n cry in front of him while he continued to hold her at gunpoint. Slowly but surely, he lowered the gun to the floor and slowly walked towards you. You flinched and backed away.

"P-Please" You shook "d-don't hurt me" You were frightened to say the least. You stood up and ran out of the room, fearing your life. You felt someone tug on your arm, turning you around and you came face to face with Dean, you resisted as much as you could, trying to get out of his grip.

"Y/n please!! it's me, it's Dean...your Dean" he said the last bit softer than the rest. You stopped struggling and looked at him. Turning so you were fully facing him, you began to examine him. It wasn't until you looked into his eyes that you knew it was actually him. Tears filled your eyes and you hugged Dean tightly, burying your face into his chest.

"I-i'm so sorry" you sobbed, clutching the back of Dean's shirt as tightly as you could, not wanting to let him go, ever.

"Don't apologise" Dean nodded "I should be the sorry one. For scaring you so much. I don't care how long it takes until you truly trust me again but I will wait forever if I have to, because I love you" Your eyes widened slightly. You both knew you loved each other although you never said those three words.

You leaned up and kissed Dean. It definitely wasn't going to be smooth sailing for the next week or so but you knew that, together, you both could get through it and that was all that mattered.
