Oh gosh. The man in the wheelchair Billy Black. I remember it all now.
"Snow what does he mean?" Peter asks me.
"When Tony mentioned this place for us to move I didn't know why it sounded familiar but now it does. I was sent here on a mission 4 years ago.." I say ending in a whisper. He looks at me with wide eyes pulling me into his chest.
"Uhhh someone gonna explain what's going on?" Paul asks.
"Yeah we better sit down for this." Peter says. We all go inside and everyone is staring at me. I'm starting to freak out but try to bring myself back together because I ice out.
"Tell them everything. They need to know who we are, what we do, and why we are here. Especially since they are after them again." Peter says to me. I nod my head and begin the story.
"Okay, when my brother and I were young our parents died in a car accident. We were maybe 7 or 8. I don't really member, anyways about a year later an organization called Hydra kidnapped us and they started to experiment on us. Peter got bit by a radioactive spider causing him to turn into Spider-Man. I wasn't as lucky as him. We were separated and I was exposed to Loki's scepter that was used during the battle of New York, and giving multiple serums to where now I can manipulate water and ice. I also have several other magic powers but that's for a later time. I was trained under the Winter Soldier and gained the name Winter Witch. Hydra would wipe my memory and use a certain phrase to make me turn into a mindless assassin. Eventually I was found by the avengers and taken in, they took my somewhere that helped take all that stuff out of my mind to where I actually have control. When it comes to knowing this place, about 4 ish years ago I was sent here on a mission. Hydra had heard about the legends and sent me and another agent here to kidnap billy. Hydra didn't know he was in a wheelchair then though. I was somewhat lucid during that mission and when I saw the agent try and take him I knew I had to stop it. I didn't want billy to go through what I had be dealing with so I shot the agent and told billy never to speak of it again and left. When I got back to the base, they beat me almost to death and wiped my memory again so I didn't remember anything until I saw billy again. I'm so sorry Billy. I still wasn't in a lot of control then." I say letting a few tears fall.
He rolls over to me and places a hand on my shoulder. "My dear, it is fine. I'm alive because of you. If you hadn't of killed that agent who knows what would have happened to me." He says.
I compose myself again and continue telling them everything. "The reason we are here is because we got intel that there is another agent here in forks posing as a teacher at forks high school and watching at a distance to try and get information and get one of you guys. So that is why we are here. We are finishing our senior year, while being somewhat undercover to prevent you guys from getting captured." I say.
"Wow, well thank you for being here I guess. I never really realized something like this can happen. But you also need to be careful in forks. I'm guessing if you know the wolf legends are turn then you know vampires are too." Billy says.
"Yeah we know, we've actually met some. I met them on a mission one time. And are still friends with them. But they have an understanding to not expose peter and i if we don't expose them. The only reason they let us live is because 1 I've masked mine and peters blood scent, and 2, with the shit that way injected into me has made me immortal. So I did a spell on Peter to make him immortal as well. They felt since we had so much taken from us, and are already immortal and trying to hide our secret that we didn't need to die or be turned. And before you ask no we will never want to be turned. We've already discussed that with them." I say.
"Can I ask who you met?" Sam asks
"Yeah it was a coven in Europe. I promise to not expose them if they don't expose us so I'm not saying their coven name." I tell him.
"No I understand. But you need to know the vampires in forks are called the Cullens. They have been here for about a year. Two are actually have the last name Hale but still. Be careful over there. And please keep us updated on the mission. You both are welcomed here on the tribe anytime. It's the least we can do for you protecting us so why not make you family." He says.
"Wow thank you, that's means a lot to us." Peter says.
The rest of the afternoon we actually stayed there with the pack talking and hanging out. I explained more of my powers and how my shape shifting isn't just wolf shift. I can turn into anything.
Paul and Jared were blown away when they realized we were tony's prodoges. But they never judges us or expected anything out of us. They appreciated us being honest right off the bat with them.
By the end of the evening, it was comfortable being around them. We were all laughing and joking around. Paul and I were butting heads to see who has the worst temper while Jared and Peter sat back and watched us fight over the spot. The elders welcomed us with open arms. We also called Tony and steve to let them know what happened. They were fine with us talking to the tribe especially since it's them we are needing to protect.
That night Peter and I got home and started getting everything ready for tomorrow. "Okay so you have your ear piece for when we are in different classes. We have our watches, and suits in case something happens." I say.
"Snow, it will be fine okay."
Uhg. Nothing like ending summer and starting school tomorrow while also being on a mission. Here we go.
