Jasper still hasn't told me where or what we are doing. But at this point I do not really care. I am just happy to be with him.
I just sat back and relaxed, it was not long until Jasper put his hand on my thighs as he was driving. After another 10 minutes he pulled over and got out. He came around and helped me out. He grabbed a basket and started walking walking down a trail. I started to remember our meadow is out here with the lake and waterfall.
"You remembered this place?" I asked.
"Yes of course I did. One of my favorite memories of us it here." He says.
He had a blanket too and laid it on the ground. Once he sat down he pulled out some food. It was all my favorites, and some of this was definitely from mom. "Did you ask mom to help with this?" I asked.
"Yeah, and Esme too. I wanted to make sure it was all your favorites." He says.
"Aw, thank you Jasper, that is so sweet."
I started to eat and we fell into a comfortable silence. Listening to the nature around us was comforting. After I finished eating I snuggled into Jasper and he just held me close to him. "Payton, I know I have said it before but I am so sorry for hurting you. And today is just a glimpse of what I am going to do to make sure you know that I love you and that I choose you." He says.
"I love you more than you will ever know cowboy. Thank you for this. But lets see how well your memory is. Your it." I say and shift into my wolf and run off.
Jasper starts to chase me around I teleport away and phase back into my human form and try to hide. When I see that he is headed towards me, I teleport behind him and scream "BOO."
"AHHHH Shit" He yells jumping a little bit.
I end up falling on the ground from laughing so hard. I have tears coming out of my eyes and my stomach starts to hurt from all the laughing I am doing. Once I calm down I look up and see a pouty cowboy.
"Awh Jazzy, I'm sowwy" I say pouting back at him mockingly.
He keeps pouting and starts walking back to our blanket, but before he can get to far, I push him against a tree. Our bodies are pushed together and I am getting lost in those golden eyes.
He places a hand on my face and starts to stroke my cheek. "You are so beautiful Snow." He says looking into my eyes. Slowly we both lean in and our lips connect. Fuck I have missed this. His lips were so soft.
Next thing I know, I am lifted up and Jasper runs us back to the blanket we laid out. He gently lays me down and continues to make out with me. "Baby I have missed your soft lips." He says kissing me again. I couldn't help but let out a small moan.
Suddenly it started raining. I started giggling remembering more of our past memories today. Jasper grab his phone and a speaker out of the basket and started playing a song.

When the song started, he pulled me close into his chest swaying me slowly side to side, and sang to me.

By the time the song was over, I head tears falling down my cheeks. I was holding onto Jasper tightly not wanting to let go. More slow songs kept playing and we continued to stay in this position. Latched onto each other, afraid the other will disappear, and each refusing to let go.
I take my head off his chest and look into his eyes again. I lean up and place a soft and long kiss on his lips. We don't pull apart, we just continue to kiss in the rain and slow dancing to love songs. I love this man more than anything and it is small moments like these that I missed and will cherish forever.
We soon pull away from our kiss but stay wrapped in each others arms. "Thank you for today Jasper. I have missed you so much. I am done pushing you away. Just promise to never break my heart again because I won't survive. You are my other half and I do not want to be without you again. I love you so much cowboy. Forever."
"I am glad you agreed to come with me today. I missed you more than you know darlin' and I will not be breaking your heart again. I plan on fixing the piece I broke and never letting you go. I love you so much Darlin'. Always."
I started to get cold from being wet from the rain so we gather everything together and head up. He ran me a bath to get warm while getting everything ready for us to watch a movie and snuggle up the rest of the night.
