The next morning at the hospital:

RV and Sid woke up when Varun and Rishab arrived. And as Monu was still in deep sleep, they decided to go to the nearby hotel to freshen up quickly and grab something for breakfast.

Mr. Mahajan was still busy with some work and hadn't been able to meet Monu.
For one moment he thought to check upon her but then he was called for an emergency and couldn't do so.
But still he was thinking of ways to stop RV but he was basically drowning in work so he couldn't come up with an idea.

When Monu woke up she found RV and Sid sitting on the couch with Varun and Rishab. The four were busy playing games on their phones and talking.
Seeing them like that she smilingly remembered the old days when they would play together and pull each other's legs. And how she would also join them and they would have a great time.

She knew RV and his team rarely got time to be themselves or just hang out, so she didn't disturb them and just kept watching and adoring.

Their trance broke when Dr. Sharma entered to check on Monu.
And as everything was fine and there was no need of liquid food. They decided Monu can eat anything.

Dr. Sharma left the room and the others started debating what should Monu have for breakfast, precisely what they should bring her.

Unknown to Monu the other four had already decided and were just playing along waiting for someone to knock on the door..

Then there was a knock on the door, RV called the person in and the four looked at Monu to catch her expression when she sees that person.

The door opened and to Monus surprise, Vinod Dada came in carrying a tiffin box.

Monus expressions turned from surprised to happy to confuse.

Seeing her changing expressions, Sid jumped in to explain

Sid: Arre bro.. Chill I will tell you. But first Vinod Dada se tho mil le?

Vd: Kaisi ho Monami?

Monu: main theek hn. Aap kaise hain? Aur yahan kaise? Koi kaam tha?

Vd: main bi theek hn. Haan bohat zaroori kaam tha. Eek special insaan ko kuch dena tha..

Monu: Matlab?

Sid: uff.. Monu.. Tu na aapna dimaag kam hi chalaya kar pata nahi kab kam hojae ga..

Monu: SID! What do you mean.. I am smarter than you 😏

Sid: Haan haan, medicine me hogi tu smarter par life me main hn 😏

RV: accha ab bas

Sid: Okay, tho dekh Monu Vinod Dada tujhse milne aaye hain aur dekh tere liye kya laaye hain.

Monu: mere liye?

Sid: Yes bro, tere liye teri favorite breakfast laaye hain.

Monu: sacchi?

Vd: yes, beta. Yelo jaldi khalo nai to thanda hojae ga.

Monu opened the box and quickly started to eat her breakfast.
She was eating so fast like she hadn't eaten anything for ages.

Which was kind of true but seeing her antics the rest just couldn't help but chuckle.

Monu heard them chuckle and remembered they were all in the same room, and sheeply smiled and continued to eat slowlier.

Halfway through she realized that the four boys were just playing along when Dr. Sharma left so she asked..

Monu: ye sab? tum logon ka idea tha?
