Varun and Rishab were still sitting at the bench taking a much needed break. But still observing their surroundings very well.

The spl. Agents noticed RV moving toward them and were sure that he would enter the room immediately and didn't want to interfere there. They were somehow curious to see how RV is going to interact with Sid and Monu and if Monu is really going to wake up after he gets there.

But much to their surprise he paused for a few seconds before pulling the door open entering the room and handed Faizi a note as he was standing the closest to him. Leaving the trio confused behind.

Faizi was about to open the note and read it out loud to the other two, when Karan stopped him with a quick head shake indicating no.
Faizi understood and kept the note hidden in his hands and they turned back to the window standing next to each other with their backs facing the hallway.

RV just stepped to Sid when he was telling Monu about him (RV)..

Sid: Monu bro, please ab to uth jaa.. Dekh na itni der se idhar baitha hu mein kuch to taras kha mere upar.. Please wake up..
And you know what RV bro is back. Yes you heard right, RV is back and with him Varun bro and Rishab bro as well. Ab to tu uth jaa..
Tuje pata hai wo na bilkul nahi badla, abi bi sab pe order hi chalata hai 😂 tu jaldi se uth jaa then we will make fun of him again like we used to do 🤣
But on a serious note I know how much you missed him like I missed him and you know what he missed us too.
Aur aur pata hai he called me chotu. Pata hai na kaan kitne taras ge te ye sunne ke liye. (excited)
Aur muje bi pata hai tu bi tera Monu darling sunne ke liye kitni taras ri hai. To jaldi uth aur apna intesaar khatam kar aur tuje pata hai he promised he will never ever leave us again. And you know that he never breaks his promises..

Sid was lightly pressing her hand when he felt a hand on his shoulder and looked up to find RV standing next to him.

RV: Chotu, chinta mat kar wo uth jaae gi. Mein bi aagea hun to ab to usse uthna hi hoga na. Both her family is with her 😊

Saying this he went to the other side of the bed and taking Monus other hand in his pressing a tender kiss on the bandaged wrist.

Seeing this Sid smiled at him and they continued speaking to Monu making sure she feels both their presence near her.
A few minutes later you could already see a bit of sukoon on her face although she was still unconscious. But deep in her subconscious mind she felt as well as heard them.

The spl. Agents, still gazing inside the room, also noticed the peace on Monus face and felt relieved that she is responding a bit.
Then Faizi secretly opened the note to read. After reading he secretly passed it to Karan, who repeated the same with Sanju. At the end Sanju put it in her pocket.
A few moments later the trio exchanged some looks of surprise, confusion and curiosity. Quietly agreeing to wait like it was written in the note.

The note:
Just play along and behave like you have been since you came here. I will explain it to you later. The note as well as what is going on and might happen later..
So just play along until I come to you to have a talk with you. But please understand that right now the first priority is Monu. So you must wait a bit..

Inside the room Sid and RV had noticed the peace on Monus face as well and continued to talk to her and hold her hands.

RV: Monu, please wake up baccha. Apne bhaiya se nahi milna? I know tu mujse naraz bi hogi but I promise ke mein ab kahi nahi jaane wala. Aur tuje to pata hai kisiki itni himmat ke wo muje jaane ko bole
