Zdmn FF - Her Sacrifice

Part 25

Hey everyone, I am really sorry for not updating for so long 😔

Actually, we had some guest over at first so unki khatirdaari karni thi. And they left after three days so I couldn't write anything in these days.

And after that I didn't get any ideas what to write.
I even deleted and re-wrote this part three times because muhje kuch nahi suja ke kya likhu aur story ko jyada khichna nahi tha.. 🙄

So this is my forth attempt and I am still not completely happy how this turned out.
But I didn't want you waiting any longer for the next part, so here it is..

Note: This part contains a flashback, which is written in italic.

Monu was lying wide awake in her bed. She just couldn't sleep. Everything of the past few hours and all the thoughts were continuously running around her mind and not letting her come to rest.

But that wasn't the only thing keeping her awake. Tomorrow was going to be the most important day for her future and she really didn't know how to feel about it.

Sighing, she went down the memory lane from the afternoon..

With putting their head on RVs lap Simi tried to make him realize that whatever he did for them was the best he could do. He protected and looked after them. And they somehow knew they were safe because someone was watching over them.

Simi also tried to make him realize that he didn't fail them at all and in fact he was, is and always will make sure they are safe and sound.
So he is not guilty for all the things that happened to them in the past. If he was, the outcome would have been much more serious. But he always came and took care of the situation no matter what or how he had to do.

And if they would have called him for some help, he would have come running to do so. They knew he would always have their back and they couldn't think of a better big brother than him.
So he shouldn't be so harsh to himself and in fact they were sorry and also apologized for not seeing his pain or asking about his life. They were just really busy with their complicated life.

Hearing all that, all three got emotional and just hugged each other tight.

After a few minutes RV broke the hug and took a few breaths.
Monu somehow got the feeling that was not everything he wanted to talk about and before she could even voice out her thoughts, RV spoke what she was thinking.

He then told them about a plan he has made. But it's completely up to them if they want to go with it or not. He won't force them to take any decisions they don't want. Just hear him out and decide later what they want to do.

After that Simi exchanged some glances as they could feel the seriousness of the situation and that the plan was a major one which will have great impact.
But back then they didn't realize what of a great impact it would made.

RV explained them about the plan they made. He explained that Mr. Mahajan would never let Monu make her own choices and one way or another he would always interfere in her life. And most of them won't be with good intentions. Like why he eventually brought her back to work at the hospital again.
RV told them about the conversation he had with Mr. Mahajan and Simi were shocked but not completely surprised either. Somehow they knew Monus dad won't ever change positively. But they were still carrying some tiny bit of hope, that he might do. But now it looked like it was time to kill that hope so they asked RV about his plan..

After hearing the plan Simi were speechless. Sid gripped Monus hand tightly and both were just quite giving no other expression.

RV knew they needed some time to think about it. So he told them that he knows that the plan it quite a big step and he wouldn't have thought about it if he didn't believe it was necessary. But like he had mentioned earlier, the decision will only be Monus and they will all go with it. And he will give them some time to just think about it.
