INTROVERTED:
After a full day in set, it made me realise how tiresome it is, even for someone who just watches. Having to walk set-to-set, never again, tired the fuck out of me.
Drew and I sat in Maddie's trailer for around an hour, nothing really happened, just two friends making plans for the next outing. Everyone went home pretty late to say they were suppose to finish at 5pm, ended up leaving at 7pm.
I fell asleep on Maddie's trailer couch and woke up with a thin blanket and pillow to keep me comfortable. They woke me up with a moustache drawn with eyeliner above my lip.
"What are y'all laughing at." I rubbed the sleep from my eyes. Maddison walk round the corner trying to hide her laughter, "I don't get what's funny?"
Drew motions towards his lip with a grin and points to it "you got a lil' somethin."
"What?" I tapped the area and looked at my finger, a black smudge,"are you kidding me right now." They all went into a full-laughing fit, I did the opposite by running to the bathroom and wiping me lip with a wet cloth.
I soon found light in the situation after seeing the photos and woke up a little.
I got to Maddie's apartment and went straight to bed after getting my cosiest pyjamas on to help me fall back to sleep.
"I don't know, it's almost noon, so I wake her?" I hear
"Has she eaten?" A man's voice asks
"No she hasn't woke up yet, I'll let her sleep she's probably just jet lagged"
"Yeah..."
As soon as I hear the door close I open my eyes and the sun glared at me making me squint in agony. I checked my phone, 1pm?!, thinking about it I was pretty hungry.
I scrolled through my phone and started checking social media.
"Skye I can hear TikTok, I know your awake" a man's voice announces through my closed door.
Fuck
I turn my phone down slightly.
"I can still hear it." they flatline sounding fed up. "Come in" i huff.
A tall pale man walks into my room, wearing casual denim jeans and a striped button up. He sat at the end of the bed keeping decent amount of distance.
"Can I help you?"
I place my phone beside me.
My hair was thrown in a messy bun that I hadn't yet fixed, I pulled the sheets above my chest since I wasn't wearing a bra and waited for Drew's reason.
His brows tipped looking confused "are you okay?" His head jolts back slightly, "you seem off and it's noon" he drags.
I shrug "ye I'm just tired, jet lagged."
He paused slightly "well we're going for food, they've just gone but I said I'd wait till you woke up to get ready and meet them." I didn't want to go food, I was going to stay home and maybe cook something shitty, but I felt I had to since he waited for me.
"Oh okay, give me ten-fifteen minutes" I smile at him and he stands from my bed and I stop him, I giggle "where are you going."
"You need to change..." the blonde says dumbly as he looks over his shoulder at me. "I have a bathroom, just wait out here so your not bored" I suggest, not only is Drew not bored on his own but it doesn't hurt to-
"Okay sure"
I pick out a pair of grey joggers from my suitcase and a white bralet top. I changed in the bathroom and came out to fight with the bush sat on my head. A loud snicker came from Drew.
My hair was distraught to say the least, knots, bushy, frizzy and tangled.
"What the fuck am I going to do" I turn towards him looking like the girl from the ring earning another laugh, "okay if your going to sit on MY bed and laugh you may leave." I joke
He does an over exaggerated shrug and yells "what do you want me to do!" He laughs.
Ten minutes of getting ready turned into half an hour and I apologise to Drew, he said he didn't care, and it really didn't seem it either.
He just sad at the end of my bed asking what each make up product did, I got fed-up explaining everything so I offered to do his and he soon shut up.
