COVER OF VOGUE:

My manger somehow had managed to get me an interview with Vogue! This early in my career? I'd say that's pretty damn good but they said my image was exactly what they're looking for right now, so no complaining from me. Apparently it was a step by step makeup routine, which I said yes to.

I'm on FaceTime with someone who works for them as I set up the camera they'd sent me to film with as she guides me on how to put it up and to check the lighting. Once it was all done she did a run through on what I needed to do and say. "Introduce yourself, firstly. Then I'm going to ask you some questions throughout okay?"

"Yes, got it." I smile. "Am I okay to go and grab some water before we start?" The lady nods, smiling sweetly. "Drew?"

"Yeah!" He yells from the couch. "Shhhh I'm in a zoom for an interview, the one for Vogue so I need you to be very quiet okay?" I lean forward over the back of the couch, he turns to me and edges forwards, pecking me on the lips. "Good luck." He smiles so it shows both dimples and I almost melt.

"Don't do that!" He laughs. "Do what?" I shake my head as I grab water and lock the bathroom door behind me.

"Okay, I'm ready."

"Hey everybody, I'm Skyler Woods and I'm here with team Vogue to show you how I do my everyday makeup." I smile. "Okay that was great!" The lady said. "Now I'm going to give you a question to answer while you start." I nod.

"How did you get into acting."

"Okay so i get this question a lot actually but the short answer is that Madelyn cline, who you all know, played a really big part in it." I blend in one of my creams with my hands and pause for a second. I laugh before continuing. "We actually met at a bar," I shake my head at how cliche that sounds, "and we hung out- she's now my best friend, we love her." I close the cap on my pot of cream. "And believe it or not, someone else was suppose to play Grace but they dropped out pretty last minute so Lila- Jonas' daughter made me audition and... here I am." I chuckle.

I've finished my base at this point now I'm onto eye makeup, which is basically just eyeliner. "I've had so much fun filming Outer Banks. I've got new friends and-" I stop myself "I never thought I'd be shooting with Vogue and I couldn't be more grateful." I finish up my makeup. I go to spray my face before a knock on the light knock on the door puts me at a holt.

The lady looks at me. I smile awkwardly. I open the door which is behind me so the camera and the lady can see Drew stood at the door with an iced coffee. Except you can't see his face as he's hidden around a corner with his arm stretched into the bathroom with the Starbucks cup. I laugh at how funny this looks in the camera. "Thank you, babe." His hand waves to the camera and he leaves, closing the door behind him. I giggle, "I'm so sorry, I can re do that."

The lady smiles, "I'll keep it in if that's okay with you, I think people will find it funny, cute."

"Sure, that's fine." We closed up the video, making sure to plug Outer banks season 3. I said bye and expressed how grateful I was to be working with them. When I was done I walked out with no sign of Drew. "We'll don't you look pretty." His head misled into my neck while his arms wrapped around my torso. His tall figure behind mine. I smile, "thank you. And, thank you for the coffee." I laugh at the memory of how funny it was at the time.

He chuckles. "I did order it before the interview started but it came late and I didn't want to give it to you when the ice melted and was all watery and shit." I laugh at the thought. "It's okay."
I peck him before he says, "guess what."

"Hm." I sound.

"We have press interviews soon." He rubs his hands together, almost mischievously. "I doubt I will, I've only just been introduced to the show."

Drew shakes his head, "your a main character, hundred percent you'll be in them, more than I am too." Is that right? I guess so.

"That's scary to think about." He ruffles my hair.
"Your gonna' be one busy lady." He swings us side to side.

"I wanna do a dog interview." I say. Drew's head tilts a little. "Ya' know, the one with the puppies and you answer questions."

"Ohhhhh" he recalls, "hopefully."
