Chapter 15

Your POV:
I snuggle closer to Newt.
"What do you think it'll be?" He asks.
"A boy," I say. "You?"
"A girl," he says. I sigh.
"Do you think we'll ever see Frypan again?" I ask.
"Maybe, if he comes back then yes, but I don't think so," he said.
"I'm going to bed," I say standing up.
"Okay, I'll be up in a few minutes," he says. I nod as I go upstairs and to our room. I climb into bed and fall asleep.

I wake up to a good smell. I get out of bed and go downstairs into the kitchen.
"Newt?" I ask when I see him.
"Good morning," he smiles. He was making pancakes and bacon.
"What's happening? Why are you making food?" I ask.
"Can't I make food?" He asks.
"Not in the mornings, we never see each other in the mornings, or eat together," I say. "Who's birthday is it?"
"No one's. I just wanted to make food," he says. "Want some or are you just going to investigate?"
"I'll eat," I look at him suspiciously. I sit down at the table as he brings the food over. We start to eat like a normal family.

We went to the mall with Minho, Brenda, Teresa, and Thomas after lunch. We were all talking until there was noise. A gun shot was heard. Suddenly three men came into the store with guns. Screaming. Lots of screaming. Before we were able to escape, a gun was pointed our way. They pulled the trigger.
