i am a broken man
with a shattered soul
so how did i find myself
being loved by a soul as pure as you?
i am a man of many sins
i have fallen from grace
so why did the gods bestowed upon me
an angel that is you?
i am a selfish beast
sealing other's fate for my gain
so how did it come to be
that you generously gave your heart to me?
i am a cruel monster
with so many blood on my hands
so what right do i have
to be saved by you?

a soul that shines so divine
a soul that is kind
a soul I was lucky to find
