Minute #2: When My Heart Beats

31 1 1

When my heart beats so soft and sweet
It hopes to meet
A lover fair
And float on air
When my heart throbs passionately
It does not see
That what awaits
Is a cruel fate
My poor heart aches for love today
And gets its way
But has no clue
It is not true
