(Tommy's P.O.V)

So far, playing for the Needman's isn't what you call fun. I hate EJ, so much!! He stole my girl, Sydney. Now, he might steal my scholarship to St. Agnes and the trophy, and last but definitely most important the Sandlot. I see EJ, pitching a ball to me and I caught it and I ran slowly. "Look, I don't know how you do things over at loser Ville." said EJ, "But here, we have a different way of doing things. Do you understand me?" he demanded. He tugged on my shirt collar. "Just let me do, what I want to do. Leave me alone, EJ." I said.

"Something wrong, Santorelli?" asked Mr. Needman. "I'm here alright." I said. "Well it's going to be more important, than being here." He said. I walked off ignoring him. "Everyone, word hard, I bet the other team is busting their butts to beat you guys in this Saturday's game." said Earl. Everyone took break, and EJ came over to talk to me. "What is it?" I asked. "Look, I want you to do things my way because I'm captain." He replied. "Sure, whatever." I said. "I hate to break it to you, but EJ. I will get Sydney." "What about Sidee?" he asked angrily.

"You heard me, I'm fighting for her to just be with me." I said. "I love her more than you, Tommy. I always have, and I'm not letting you of all people have her." He said. We both started punching, kicking, and hitting each other. Until, EJ's dad stopped us. "That's enough, fooling around boys. Break's over, now get back to the program." He said. "Fine." I said and we both got back.
