Sleepovers have to come to an end...

I lay with a smile on my face as I see Brian in between the covers, asleep. He's slightly snoring but to me it sounds like music to my ears. His arms are wrapped around my figure so I can feel his heartbeat. This entire night has felt like a dream. All we did was watch Twilight, have a pillow fight, arm wrestle and cuddled but to me It is so much more than that. I hope he feels the same.

I yawned as I turned off the tv and cuddled into his arms. I rest my head on chest and as soon as I do, his eyes flutter open. "Morning Bri, its 6am. I won." I said with a giggle. He giggled too and said, "I really thought I were going to win. I must of been tired." He said, slightly closing his eyes once more.

Suddenly, I started feeling a really bad pain in the lower part of my stomach. No no no. Not at a time like this. Then I could feel it. I quickly got up and ran into the bathroom. Brian can't see me at a time like this. This is so embarrassing. I looked at myself I the mirror to check if there were any signs of my period. And of course, blood was trickling down the side of my leg.

I panicked and remembered all my pads are in my dorm. I grabbed some toilet roll and used it to block anymore blood from going on show. I went back into the room and saw Brian standing next to the bed examining something on the sheets. "You ok?" I asked. he turned to me and I could tell he knew but I didn't know how. Till... "Erm you kind of leaked on the sheets." He said in a calm tone. I paced up to the beds and saw drips of blood all over the white sheets. I could feel my cheeks going ed. I opened my mouth to say something, but nothing came out. Suddenly, Brian picked up the phone that is used to call reception. Was he going to have me removed? Why did this have to happen? Everything was going so well!

"Yes, I would like a cleaner to come up and change the bed sheets. Yeah, I spilt red wine on the sheets. Great, thank you." He said into the phone. He said he spilt red wine? He is trying to save me from embarrassment. He puts the phone down and turns to me with a heart warming smile on his face. "You can grab some clothes from my wardrobe. Do you want to go get some pads and get some food to make you feel better?" He said. I realised I hadn't said anything this entire time. "I'm so sorry for spilling blood on you sheets-" He came up to me and cut my sentence short by kissing me passionately on the lips. I instantly felt relaxed. "Don't be sorry for being a human." He said. I have never felt so appreciated.
