"Hey 'Yoomi?" Kirika began. Sakusa was currently walking her home after his volleyball practice, her hand still encased in his larger one despite their distance from school. "When's your birthday? You never told me."

"March 10th," Sakusa answered, glancing down when Kirika began to swing their linked hands as they walked. Surprisingly, she didn't struggle to keep up as they walked. Kirika was tall, standing at around 5'7", and whilst that was nothing on Sakusa's 6'2", it was still above average for women in Japan.

"What about you, when's yours?" Sakusa asked, a small smile forming on his lips as kirika looked up at with a huge one of her own.

"February 14th, Valentine's Day."

Of course, she was born on Valentine's Day. It made perfect sense to him. She was the most lovable person in his world so naturally, she would be born on the international day of love. Valentine's Day never held any special meaning to sakusa until this very moment. Now it was the most important day of his whole year.

"Looks like you're older than me," Sakusa said playfully, running his thumb over the back of her hand.

"looks like I am." Kirika smiled once more.

"This can't be happening..." Kirika sighed as she slammed her bedroom door shut behind her, leaning back against the cool wood as she slapped a hand over her face in exasperation.

Having reached her house, Sakusa and Kirika had parted ways, though Kirika had come to a shocking realisation halfway home.

She was beginning to like Sakusa Kiyoomi.

"Unbelievable..." She ran a hand through her hair. "Uzume Kirika you are unbelievable! How could you allow yourself to like your fake boyfriend after he so kindly offered to help you?" She spoke aloud to herself.

A troubled whine left her mouth as she sauntered over to her bed, flopping down face first into the comforter. "what the hell am I going to do now?"

-/Sakusa's POV/-

"Why are you always in my house? Go home." sakusa bit. Once again, his cousin was waiting for him in his room, sprawled out across his bed. Komori rolled his eyes in reply. He knew his cousin didn't really mind him being here.

"So... have you kissed her yet?" Komori wiggled his eyebrows, rolling over to lay on his stomach, making Sakusa grimace as his bare, unwashed feet came into contact with his pillow.

He would have to change his pillowcases as soon as possible, there was no way he was letting his face touch the same surface as his cousin's sweaty feet.

"Why are you so curious about my relationship?" Sakusa asked, his brows furrowed. Komori honestly made his life so much harder by constantly grilling him about Kirika. He had nothing to say about the relationship because, in reality, there was no relationship.

"Because that's what friends do? They spill all the details about each other's relationships and since you have no friends other than me, which is kinda sad considering I'm your cousin, I'm the designated gossip bin."

"Gossip bin?"

"Yeah, like a bin you fill up with all the juicy information about your relationship with your super hot and popular girlfriend." Motoya smiled cheekily.

"Motoya,"

"yes, Kiyoomi?"

"Get out of my house."

"Yes, Kiyoomi."
