the next day was spent at my least favorite place, school.
after the train wreck that was last night, the absolute last thing i wanted to do was go to school but here we are.
after making it through three classes, i then went to lunch where i could finally meet up with robin to tell her about everything that went down.
i rushed to our table with a few snacks. as soon as i sat down i was met with robin approaching me with two cokes in her hand. she placed the cokes on the table before she took one of the snacks i had placed and started to open it.
"you are not going to believe this." i start, instantly peaking robins interest. "did harrington and you break up?" she instantly asks making my eyes widen "no- i'm gonna ignore that." i say making robin shrug
"worth a shot." she says quietly

"- and to make matters worse she then said that he should date you!" i finish my rant making robin choke on her drink.
"their innocent minds." she says trying to sound serious making me laugh. "if they only knew!" i said sarcastically.

i went to my locker at the end of the day to drop off my books. as i closed it i was met with a loud scream.
"robin!" i shout making her laugh out loud. "ha ha you're so funny!" i state sarcastically making robin roll her eyes.
"i've decided that you need a break from boys, especially since that boy is harrington" she says making me tilt my head in confusion. "and what does that entail exactly?" i ask making robin roll her eyes once again
"we get it fast times. you got a good score on your SATS!" she says making me smile. "anyway. this means that you are spending time with me today." she says making me squint.
"yippee!" i shout sarcastically making robin grab me by my wrist and pull me out to her car. "val sometimes you're insufferable." she says while she unlocks the car door.
"which explains why you want to hang out with me!" i state sarcastically as i get into the car. "you have no idea blaine." she says before starting the car.

robin set up a bunch of movies including grease making me confused since the girl hated musicals. especially grease since everybody in band wanted to recite it line for line every practice they had.
"are you sure robin?" i ask while watching as she puts the tape in. "it's your favorite movie val. of course i'm sure" she says while moving back to the couch as the movie starts.
the rest of the night was spent with robin slowly falling in love with the movie and actually singing some of the songs to her dismay.
after cleaning up the living room we head up to her room. "at least my clothes will fit you" robin says before heading to her dresser pulling out an oversized t-shirt and throwing it my way.
"scoops ahoy?" i question as i examine the sailor inspired shirt. "just put the stupid shirt on." she responds with a laugh.
i turned my back towards her as i took off my shirt. i felt staring but i didn't say anything as i started putting on the shirt before taking off my pants.
the shirt was long enough to be a nightgown which i was grateful for. i put my clothes on her desk before running a hand through my hair to get knots out of it.
i turned around as robin was staring to turn off the lights in her room. i went over to her bed and got in next to her.
"thank you for today robin" i say before dozing off.
