"Get the fuck off of me." Natasha tries to fight the grip Y/n has on her arm that she is holding behind Natasha's back applying pressure to keep her walking.
"Just shut the fuck up for one second Natalia, and just look." Y/n kicks at the back of Natasha's knee causing her to fall towards the floor but Y/n keeps ahold of her making sure she doesn't injure Natasha.
"Where the fuck are we?" Natasha shakes her body side to side trying to get Y/n's grip to drop but the more she squirms the tighter Y/n pulls her hand, so finally Natasha gives in bowing her head.
"I'm sorry." Natasha feels her arm drop to her side, quickly shaking out her hand to get rid of the pins and needles as she scrunches her brows in confusion at Y/n's sudden apology.
"I'm not the one who is owed an apology." Y/n looks out to the landscape in front of them humming with a nod.
"Well I will apologise to Wanda once I see her. I need to apologise for a lot of things and leaving her and Pietro here three years ago is the biggest barrier between us."
"Here?" Natasha finally looks up from the floor, seeing that they are on the edge of a massive crater. "Is this?"
"This is what is left of Sokovia." Y/n slumps to the floor, one leg dangling into the crater the other pulled up to her chest where she rests her head on her knee.
"So what you've brought me out here to kill me and hide the body?" Natasha has no malice in her tone, she knows that that's not what they are really here for but she also doesn't quite know why they are here.
"Not at all. I came here to talk ... Pietro ... He shed light on a few things that have left me with a lot of questions." Y/n sighs not making eye contact with Natasha as the assassin's whole demeanour completely falters at the way Y/n is being.
There's no hostility. No hate. No dislike. No little digs at Natasha. The black window doesn't know what to say or do, so she simply remains quiet. Her mind trying to go over if this was happening if it was a trick, that Y/n would suddenly turn around and end her life. She had no idea what was going on, the person she sees before her is not the person she expected to be dealing with.
So Natasha does the only thing she can think of doing.
She takes a seat next to Y/n, mimicking her posture. Resting her right cheek on her knee so she can see Y/n to her left, her eyes taking in every subtle movement every breath that the women..the god... the
"Celestial is the word you're looking for." Natasha opens her mouth to say something but nothing comes out and Y/n lets out a small chuckle. "Don't worry I wasn't reading your mind, your thoughts are just super fucking loud sometimes."
"Oh." Natasha takes her eyes off Y/n, looking out to the ruins of Sokovia, the cold wind whistling between the trees the only thing to be heard for miles. "I didn't mean to take it this far."
"Of course you did, Natalia. You have hated me since the moment I was put in that cell, then the moment you realised I was a good guy being used by Fury. Just like every other fucker your hatred seemed to only deepen. Look I know I did and said some wrong things a lot of wrong things so I understand your hostility, I just don't need Wanda seeing it too." Y/n turns her head to look at Natasha who glimpses at the celestial from the corner of her eye. "And for the record, you're not a monster. No where close to it even. I'm glad Wanda stood up for you like she did."
"She has a good heart." Natasha looks to y/n as the latter looks away.
"She does, and that's why I dragged you out here. We have maybe another hour until the jet gets here with all your friends ready to put me back in a cell. Pietro is probably around here somewhere already, but he won't interrupt unless we start fighting."
