Chapter 20

"Ok so our cabin number is 10." He said getting out of the Uber.

The camp was huge. There were a lot of kids running around and talking and playing and swimming.

We got into our cabin and set our stuff down.

"So you're going to be with me the whole time. I had to give up half my check to persuade them, but it's worth it." He said.

"Kalin, you didn't have to." I laughed.

"Oh but I did." He said picking me and putting me on the bed. Just when he was going to kiss me, there was a knock on the door.. He got off me and I stood up.

"Hi Kalin and Ashlyn." The guy said.

"Hey Pete, wassup Dawg." Kalin said then doing a handshake. Pete left Kalin hanging.

"Your group are the hedgehogs. They are ages 16-17." Pete said.

"Oh thats perfect." Kalin said.

"I bet. Here is your schedule for the next 2 months. Don't lose it." Pete said.

"I won't." Kalin said.

"Hello Ashlyn, im sure you'll have a grand time here. We will be checking on this cabin often during free time." Pete said. He left and Kalin started laughing.

"Why are you laughing?" I said.

"He had a booger." He said, then started laughing even more.

"You're a child." I said laughing.

"No im not." He said pouting.

I sat down on his bed. "Yes." I said. He walked closer then jumped on top of me and started tickling me..

"We better go meet up with the group." He said.

"Ok, let me change real quick." I said.

He grabbed my hand after I changed and we left. (Top pic)

"You look stunning." He smiled.

"I love you." I smiled and hugged his arm.

We walked to the camp area with the group.

"Hey guys, my name is Kalin, and I am your camp counselor for this summer. You all are here for a reason, and that's to have fun! So if you think you are too good for anyone, you can leave. We are all a team and a family here. We're going to have fun. So we're going to do a getting to know you activity so sit in a circle on these logs." He said.

We all sat, and I sat next to him.

"Say your name, and a few facts about you and where you live." Kalin said.

"Starting with me and it will go around this way." He said pointing to me. "My name is Kalin White and I love to sing and rap and also dance and I love my girlfriend to pieces. I live in Bay Area California." He said.

"Go." He said elbowing me.

"Hi, my name is Ashlyn Parrish. I cheer sometimes, um, I sing? And Kalin is my boyfriend." I said, he put his arm around me. "I also love him to pieces and live in Bay Area." I smiled. A few people said awe.

"My name is Jeff, I like to dance and I live North Carolina."

"Im Carly, I like to swim, dance, and cook. Im from Colorado."

A few more people went and im guessing Chan didn't come :/

After we were done, we started talking and getting to know each other better.
