Chapter 36

To all of yall commenting that Ash and Mads going to the party was a bad idea... I've had this whole book planned out. I know what I'm doing fam.

I danced along to the music with my new drunkin' best friend and had such a good time without even getting drunk at all. The Jacks are really chill too!

Half the people at the party either left or passed out in the living room so everyone went outside for a bonfire.

A couple guys, including the Jacks started singing and playing guitar.

"Hey, G, can I sing something?"

"Sure lil mama, what song?"

"Hmmm, can you play Summertime Sadness by Lana??" I asked.

"That's such a perfect song for this moment right now, and yeah sure I can."

He started strumming the beautiful song, and I started singing:

"Kiss me hard before you go,
Summertime Sadness.
I just wanted you to know,
that baby you're the best."

Jack G joined in with me and it sounded amazing.

"I didn't know you could sing like that." Jack said, and everyone clapped.

"I get it from my fiancé."

I love saying that.

"You're married?!"

"Yes. Well not yet, but yanno." I showed him my ring.

He smiled at it and he began to sing a song I didn't know.

I sat back and wrapped myself in my cardigan and enjoyed my last day of freedom.

I watched as the fire died out and collected my friend and got an Uber home.

I layed Madison into her bed and covered her up. I washed my face in the bathroom. We were blessed with a bathroom in our dorm. I found my phone and saw missing texts from Kalin.

From Kalin:
'About to board plane, I miss you already.'

'Finally off, I love you princess.'

'Hope you're having fun, I miss you.'

'Guess you don't have your phone.'

'Currently looking at pictures of us and getting sad, I love you so much.'

'Goodnight baby girl, your love means everything to me.'

To Kalin:
'Baby I love you more than words and I miss you so much already it's killing me. I had so much fun tonight, I sang and it felt good and it reminded me of you. Goodnight love :)'

'I wish I could turn over and you be right next to me.'

*9Am*

Today we tour the school. This should be fun.

I go to Madison's bed and shake her awake.

"Good morning sunshine." I laugh.

She stretched and smiled at me, "What happened last night?"

"Nothing really, you were just really funny. You didn't do anything stupid, but you need a shower." I laughed.

"Figured." She laughed and stood up and went to the bathroom.

I went to my dresser and picked out a cute dress and brown Birkenstocks shoes. (top pic)

I kept my hair straight from last night. When Mads was done with the bathroom I washed my face and applied a wing of eyeliner, mascara, blush and a pinky-nude lip stick.

I took a selfie and sent it to Kalin.

I smiled at my ring once again. I love him.

"Hey Mads you ready?" I asked.

"Yeah just let me put on mascara real quick."

"Ok."

When she was done, we went out to the front of the school and walked around campus alone with a map. We soon met up with the Jacks.

"Squuaaaaddd!" Jack J yelled.

I did the squad pose and he fist bumped me. Jack G hugged Madison.

"Hey Ash, you sung so good last night, I'm surprised your not famous!"

"Um well actually, I am, kinda." I chuckled.

"Really?!!" They all 3 shouted.

"I have fans come up to me all the time." I laughed.

"Tell me this is a joke." Madison looked at me serious.

"It's not." I grinned.

We got off that topic after we heard thunder and it started pouring rain...

*KALINS POV*

"Hey, let's go get started man!" I said to Myles.

Me and him have started working together and were already doing so good. We've made so many fire songs.

"How is my sis doing?"

"She's doing great, I proposed to her and she already has made fri-."

"YOU WHAT!?"

"I had to. I didn't wanna lose her!" I yelled back.

"I under stand dude, but why didnt you tell me before you did it?"

"Because I didn't want anyone to stop me."
