Chapter 31

"Goodmorning." I said as Kalin walked into the kitchen to me making breakfast. He walked up behind me and wrapped his hands around my waist.

"Goodmorning." I said smiling. I flipped the pancake then turned around. He kissed me till I heard sizzling.

"What do you want to eat? I'll make it." I said.

"You." He licked his lips.

"Hey hey hey now, it's only 8 am." I laughed.

"Well it's a good way to start the day, right?" He smirked.

"It'll be even better tonight." I winked.

"Get to cookin baby." He kissed my forehead. He walked away and I heard the shower going.

The front door opened and it was Mama.

"Hey baby girl!!!" She yelled. I ran to hug her.

"Kalin got everythin back." I smiled.

"I know, he called me late last night to tell me how happy he was." She smiled.

"Awe that's so cute." I said.

"Yeah, and so were the pictures he sent me of you sleeping." She laughed. I looked at her confused. She got her phone out and showed me and I died.

"Oh my Godddddd." I laughed.

I went back to kitchen to make Mama a plate.

"Ooh honey these pancakes are amazing, can you come back every morning???" She joked.

"Yeah." I smiled.

"No I was joking, but if you want to, you can stay as long as you want." She smiled.

"Well I sure hope Kalin doesn't mind." i laughed.

"Won't mind what?" He asked drying his hair with a towel. He went over and hugged Mama.

"Ash staying longer." She said taking a bite.

"Yeah I don't care, but you're sleeping on the couch." He laughed.

"You're funny." I said.

"No I'm serious." He said.

"Nah." I kissed his cheek.

"Awe Yall are cute." Mama said. She got up and walked to her room.

Kalin grabbed my hand and took me to his room.

"How long do you want me staying?" I asked.

"Well... Forever." He grabbed my hands. "I'm in love with you Ash. I want to be with you forever, I want to wake up to your beautiful face and fall asleep next to your nasty, but cute little snore. And I want to love you and be something so much more later in the future." He said. He almost had a tear come to his eyes, which I already had. He reached and pulled out a promise ring. He opened and put it on my finger.

"I promise to love you forever."
