Thandruill one shot stories

Y/N returns home injured

Y/N has been away from Mirkwood for days and everyone is missing her as she could control the kings temper, she had to go to Rivendell to see her brother Lord Elrond. Thandruill sits on his throne and watches as Legolas plays with Rose, they are trying to keep her calm as Y/N is returning today and don't want Rose getting to excited.

As time goes past Thandruill starts to get worried, as there should be a sign of Y/N being close to home. Rose gets tired and fussy so Legolas takes her for a nap, Thandruill asks the guards ( any sign of the queen) they all say no. Minutes turn to hours and still no sign, it is now sunset and Thandruill is getting his guards together to go look for Y/N. As the king and his guards prepare to leave to search for the queen, they hear yelling, the king looks and sees the captain of the queen's guard carrying the unconscious and bleeding queen on his horse.

The king yells for the healers to come and help, he gets of his elk and takes the queen from the guard. The healers come and take her to the healers room, while they examine the queen the king talks to the guard( what happened to my wife) the guard looks at the king and says (Orcs attacked not far from the border, the queen fought well but hit her with a few arrows) the king looks at his guards and says( take more men and finish of the orcs). The guards leave as the king runs to the healers, he walks in and finds his queen unconscious but bandaged up. The healer walks to the king ( she will be fine my lord, she just needs a few days rest), Thandruill nods his head.

A few days later as Thandruill sleeps in a chair next to his queen, she wakes up and see's Thandruill asleep she runs her fingers through his hair. He wakes up to see Y/N awake, they smile at each other and he says ( never scare me like that again).
