Thandruill's and Y/N wedding anniversary is coming up and it's a big one 3000 years married, but someone has forgotten what the occasion is.
It's a sunny but very cold winters day, Y/N is still in bed as she was helping the healer with a few sick elflings till late. She turns over and opens her eyes to see her daughter watching her, Y/N jumps back a bit in shock. Rose just giggles at her mother, Y/N says (what time is it), rose replies ( almost afternoon naneth). Y/N moans and tries to get up, but Rose stops her rose says ( Ada says you are to rest and stay in bed). Y/N simply says ( can I relieve myself please), when she comes back to bed Legolas comes in with a tray of food and tea. She eats the food and then gets dressed, Legolas and Rose look at each other and say( Naneth where are you going), Y/N smiles and says ( I'm going to check on your father's present).
Y/N walks down the halls to the blacksmiths, and goes in to check on the daggers she ordered. The blacksmith bows when she walks in and shows he the finished daggers, she pays for them and takes them back to her chambers. As she walks into her chambers she see's Thandruill sitting next to the fire, he looks up and smiles at Y/N. She quickly hides the daggers in her wardrobe then goes and sits with Thandruill, she cuddles into him as he reads.
The next day it's their anniversary, and Y/N knows Thandruill has forgotten it. They are sitting having breakfast when Legolas and Rose walk in saying ( Happy Anniversary), they both hug Y/N then Rose hugs her father. Thandruill looks at Y/N and smiles as he gets up and hugs and kisses her, Y/N whispers ( it's ok that you forgot, you have been working hard). Y/N stands and leaves the dining room and goes into the garden, she walks around and looks at the snow covered plants. She remembers her wedding day, a tear rolls down her cheek.
She walks back into her chambers and sits next to the fire, she watches the flames as someone puts a blanket over her. She looks up and sees Thandruill who has tears in his eyes, he gets on his knees and begs for forgiveness. She strokes his cheek and says( I forgive you), she kisses him tenderly.
