ANCIENT GREECE
3000 BC

VENUS AND ANAHERA SAT QUIETLY IN THE FORMER'S BEDROOM, the two of them were reading stories that Sprite had come up with and had asked them to decide which one she should tell.

"Venus, my darling." Druig's unmistakable voice rung through the silence as he walked through the door, collapsing on her bed, his head laying in the dimpled woman's lap.

"Go away, Druig." Venus sighed, her eyes glued to the words on the paper. "I'm bored." The mind-reader sighed and the dimpled woman hummed, one hand moving away from the paper to run through his messy locks of brown.

"I'm sure you are." Venus nodded as Druig fully relaxed under her touch. "What are you doing?" He questioned and Venus sighed as Anahera snapped her eyes up in a glare.

"Shut up." The short-haired woman huffed and Druig shot her a smirk. "Make me." He challenged and Anahera let out a growl of frustration. "Oh, I will." She bit back.

"I don't doubt it." Druig winked as Venus shut them both down with a glare. "I'm reading, now go away or shut up." The dimpled woman said to the mind reader before Makkari sped in.

"Hera! V! Angé is terrorising Kingo!" She signed, causing the two other woman to groan as Druig's eyes lit up in amusement. "For fucks sake." Venus huffed as Anahera shoved the papers off of her lap.

"I'm this close to burning all her damn dolls in a fire." The short-haired woman grumbled as she stood up and made her way out the door.

Venus put her papers down beside her neatly. "V!" Anahera exclaimed from down the hall, causing the dimpled woman to roll her eyes. "I'm right behind you!" She yelled back before glaring down at a snickering Druig.

"Wipe that amused smirk off your face, let's go." Venus ordered and the mind-reader reluctantly pulled himself off her lap before the two took off towards Phastos's lab.

Phastos and Sprite were watching in pure amusement as Kingo sprinted around the room, an army of human-sized dolls chasing after him with swords in their hands.

Angé sat on top of one of Phastos's work tables with a glare as she waved her hand around. "Angélique, get your dolls away from me!" Kingo exclaimed as he dodged a sword.

"I'm good." The short woman shrugged as another doll lunged towards a terrified Kingo, who barely jumped out of the way. "Help!" He yelled at Venus and Anahera who had just ran into the room.

"Angé!" Anahera exclaimed warningly as she crossed her arms over her chest. "Oh, come on. He put salt in my tea, thinking it was funny. I'm just having my fun." Angélique shrugged as she waved her hand, all the dolls running after a horrified Kingo.

"Angélique, I swear—" Venus started, before seeing a doll move behind an unsuspecting Kingo, the doll moving to stab the man, but Venus flicked her hand, a pink smoke pushing the doll back.

"Whoa! Okay, no!" Venus exclaimed as more dolls cornered in on poor Kingo, who looked like he was close to crying. "Hey! Hey! Fun over! Angé, fun over, I mean it!" Venus yelled frantically, and the shorter woman huffed before she swiped her hand, the dolls all dropping to floor in their normal size.

"Fine." Angélique grumbled and Kingo let out a breath of relief as he moved to hug Venus tightly. "Thank you. Thank you." He chanted in gratitude as the dimpled woman patted his back awkwardly, mouthing "help" to Druig who was laughing silently at her expense.

"You add salt to my tea one more time and they won't miss." Angé warned Kingo with a glare and he nodded rapidly as he pulled away from a thankful Venus.
