A small chirp eased Nick into awakening, his eyes lazily fluttering open with a following of a pulsing headache. "Ow.." he whispered as he looked around, his stomach dropping when he realized he was in a completely new home... someone else's home..

"Fuck..." he kept his voice quiet in case of waking up the person living here, he needed to find some medicine and water before leaving at least. Nick pulled the blankets off of him and placed his feet on the cold tile floor, shivers running up his spine at the sudden temperature change.

"Damn my head hurts" it was lowly muttered but Nick still slapped a hand over his mouth, worrying that it could've woken someone up. Nonetheless of the pulsing fear, he wobbled his way to the kitchen, it was pretty hard to find but he still got it.

Nick didn't hesitate to grab the water that sat unopened on the counter, it was smart water... he never thought that people actually bought these. He took a small sip before realizing he still needed medicine. Nick swore that he searched the entire kitchen before finally assuming it must be in a different room.

He turned around and stared up at the stairs, it's very risky.. especially since he didn't really know the house. It was wood stairs.. Nick sighed before stepping on the first step, when a small squeak sounded he sighed with relief that it wasn't loud. He quickly switched sides and walked up the stairs, his shoulder squished against the wall, he smiled when he got to the top and no squeaks sounded the whole way through.

He looked at the three doors, if he opened the wrong one then he could potentially get killed or held hostage. "This is the worst idea that drunk me had..." Nick grumbled before kneeling to the floor and peering under the doors, one had carpet, the other had wood and the third had tile.

He held his breath and stood up, slowly turning the knob to the door that had tile behind it. When he cracked it open ever so slightly and saw a sink, a small smile tugged at his face. He swiftly and silently closed the door behind him with little to no noise, "thank god for messed up parents." Nick chuckled before searching the bathroom.

The first place he checked was the mirror, and as every white rich suburban house, a cupboard laid behind it, medicine was stacked all in it. "Holy shit. Why so much medicine?" Nick muttered as he attempted to read all the labels of the orange bottles, quickly grabbing the pain killers as soon as he found them.

A swift gulp of water washed down the familiar pull and he set the bottle back, quickly closing the cupboard and washing his face. Perhaps it was rude to steal water and a pain killer from a random stranger but for all he knows, these people or this person could've kidnapped him.

He turned off the water and left the bathroom, walking back down the stairs quietly and walking into the living room. Nick stopped and looked around the house, whoever lived here must have been quite wealthy or at least decently paid.

Everything was clean and polished.. white polished countertops, a large couch, a smart fridge, even a rich looking bathroom. As big as the house was.. it seemed... empty. It lacked a lot.

It lacked the random cringy-ass quotes that moms hung up, like "live, laugh, love"

It wasn't decorated with a range of colors, the placed almost seemed... formal. Like it was a very important business building lobby, or a expensive hotel lobby.

Strangest thing, it seemed like no one lived here. No pictures, no clothes, no dirt, not a trace of human life. It was like the house was for-sale or something. Oh god... had he?...

"Did drunk me crash at a For-Sale house? Oh shit.." Nick whispered with slight panic, he didn't even see jackets hung up at the front door. He shook his head and quickly grabbed his phone, not bothering to look at it as he put on his shoes.

He started to tie them when he heard a door open and slow footsteps, so he wasn't alone? Nick didn't leave himself time to guess on it and quickly ran out of the house, panting as he continued to run down the block. He had no idea where he was...

What the hell happened last night?

Why was he there?

He should stop partying!

"What the hell..." Nick panted as he finally stopped running and searched for a street sign, He was pleased when he found one.

" Circle C "

He wasn't very far from his neighborhood thankfully, that still doesn't explain why he was in This street in the first place! "This will be a great story for my friends and grandchildren" Nick grumbled with a clearly pissed off face as he typed in his phone before starting his walk home.

It wasn't very far but that still didn't make it any better, sure, he could've called a friend but he really didn't wanna explain to them why he was in a random ass neighborhood and stranded.

Though at the same time, it wasn't all that bad of a walk. He dug through his pocket and fortunately found his headphones which immediately lightened his mood. Nick felt himself calm down and enjoy this walk, he definitely doesn't do this often.

It was still dark outside, he looked down and realized that it was 4:12 in the morning. Sure it was dark but not creepy, in fact, it was quite calmly. Nick found himself slightly dancing, a smile forming on his face. He always loved the night, it was so much prettier then the day. Though he longed to find someone who liked the night like he did, of course the day was okay too, it just wasn't as good as the night.

He started to sing as he reached his neighborhood, it was right next to the other one with the house he had been in. He could walk to that house in 10-18 minutes top.

He wondered who could have taken him to that house, he could only slightly remember, it was on the tip of his tongue yet he was too tired to deal with it. He will figure it all out tomorrow, all that he needs is to get to his house.

That wasn't very far away at all, Nick could see his house as he turned the corner to his street, he sighed as he started walking faster. "Thankfully they aren't home..." Nick smiled as he started running to his house, he knew his parents weren't home. They never were, they went to different cities and partied and worked.

It sucked yeah but at least he could do cool shit like sneak out and party, Nick snickered as he approached his front door, quickly opening it and heading for his room.

Now, what the hell happened last night?
